Charming newly remodeled midtown home just off of Historic Route 66. It's close to the fairgrounds, TU, Cherry Street & 7 minutes from the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, Guthrie Green & downtown Tulsa. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & business travelers. It has a lovely outdoor space with deck & fireplace in a peaceful neighborhood. Fully remodeled kitchen & interior. Not to mention the beds are comfy & the WiFi is strong. And dogs are welcome, if they ask nicely, haha! (Be sure to specify that you're bringing a pet when you book your reservation.)

1100 sq. ft of living space w/ a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and full-sized washer & dryer available for your use. Fully fenced backyard w/ mature trees. Master bedroom can easily sleep 2 in king bed, while bedroom #2 can sleep up to 2 in a queen bed and 1 in a twin.

The house was perfect! Having the backyard for our pup was so helpful. Clark and his wife thought of and provided everything we could have possibly needed. Very clean. Loved all the personal touches. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Tulsa.

We had a great stay here while visiting Tulsa. The property was exactly as described. It is located in a nice little neighborhood and had everything we needed. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great. We especially liked the lights that were set on a timer so we came in to a lit house in the evenings. The hosts were very reachable and checked in to make sure we had everything. The a/c worked great.

We were looking for a property with easy access to freeways as we were visiting family members who lived in multiple directions outside of Tulsa. This property location was perfect. The property was spotless, fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard for our dog and a very comfortable bed - what more could ask for?! Our host, Clark, was flexible when we had to arrive a day early and leave a day earlier than originally planned. We certainly appreciated that. Will stay in the mid-town Tulsa home again.

The house was very clean and our host was friendly and accommodating! The location feels very safe and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. If we are ever back in Tulsa, this is where we will stay again.

If I could give this property MORE than 5 stars I would. Just off Route 66. Close to most all Tulsa attractions. We've stayed here twice over the last 2 years and intend to again next year. Not only is the property as advertised, the hosts are beyond amazing. If you are visiting the Route 66/Tulsa area, this is THE place to stay!
