This property was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend in Sister Bay! The property is super spacious, has an adorable backyard area for fire pits, and ample space to hang out around the living room, dining table, or outdoor dining area! The home was also conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from downtown Sister Bay, which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend this property!

Family getaway in the middle of everything

We very much enjoyed our time at this property. The house and yard are very nicely updated and the kitchen is great for making meals.

Great vacation again

This is our second time staying here, so of course we love it! Beautiful rental, fully fenced yard, toys for my little kids. We had another great stay.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this home for the weekend while visiting family. It's nicely updated, has a spacious kitchen, a large fenced backyard, and it's an easy walk to restaurants, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect. The big fenced in back yard was fantastic for our dog. The house was clean. Linens and towels could use replacing.

Sister Bay house

very nice scenic town. The house was very clean and comfortable. Simple short drive (could walk) to town. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home walkable location!

This home was well appointed inside and had amazing outside space!! We enjoyed grilling out and sitting around the bonfire in the nice private yard. Very easy walk to Sister Bay restaurants and shops!!

Sister Bay reunion

House was charming and good location to all of the local activities and waking distance to everything we needed. A little close to the road (road noise), but not the end of the world. Our friends and family had a great time!

The home in Sister Bay was everything we hoped it would be. Most of all it was very close to the main strip, including restaurants, shops, park/beach in the town. Of course, all of the towns are easy to drive to as well. The space was great, and clean and the big fenced yard and deck in back were a huge plus for our little dog and young grandson. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, as we ate in a few times. The stove and cook top took some getting used to as we hadn't used electric stove top and the stove itself seemed not entirely accurate to set temperatures. The managing agency was terrific in responding very quickly to every question we had before, during and after our stay. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and beds had firm mattresses (great for me / not my wife's favorite). All the details about check in and check out were smooth and easy. I'd definitely stay again, although the cost was a little on the high side, which I see is a lot to do with the close proximity to town.

The size and location of the property is very good. The best part was the large fenced in yard, which was very convenient for our two dogs. However, the cost for the property was outrageous for what you get. There are simple things that could be fixed- like the many scuffs and dirty marks on doors. At one point, the fuse blew from using the microwave and it took over an hour for them to figure out the code for the garage to locate the fuse box. I asked for a late check out, and would’ve had to pay 57- but ended up getting a refund due to the fuse trouble. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth close to 4,000 for 3 nights.

Cute, clean & convenient home in Sister Bay

The house was perfect for our little weekend getaway, conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants and shops in Sister Bay. The house was clean and updated and so comfortable for our family. The backyard was a great size for our son to run around and play soccer while the adults enjoyed a nice cold beverage on the patio. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Door County.

Liked staying in town without being downtown

Enjoyed the quiet and privacy of this home. Close enought to downtown to walk to for coffee and shopping without being right in the mix of things downtown. Nice fenced backyard to throw a ball for our dog. Nice deck and fire pit, great lighting of the backyrad. Enjoyed the open flow of the house. Comfortable beds had everything we needed.

Great Vacation

Had some communication bumps at first but once it was worked out all was good. I would make a recommendation to remove the toy snakes from the toy box. Just saying. The house was great and met our needs very well

Strong Animal Odor

During our recent family stay at a Vrbo rental, we encountered an issue with a noticeable animal urine odor. While the property itself had some positive aspects, such as its location and amenities, the strong smell was a significant drawback. We found it challenging to fully enjoy our stay due to this unpleasant experience. We kindly suggest that the property owner takes immediate action to address this matter, as it greatly affected our overall satisfaction with the rental. We hope this feedback will assist future guests in making their rental choices.

Pros and cons

The layout of the house was great, as was the location. We also enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The house is not well maintained. The toilet paper holder was torn off the wall in one of the bathrooms. The wall had not been repaired. A roof leak occurred at some point. The ceiling had not been properly fixed. The house had a very unpleasant, musty smell as soon as you walked in the door. There is a water issue somewhere that has not been resolved. We paid $4,000 for 3 nights. I expected more.
