The location was perfect. Morning walks on Magnolia were beautiful, and the fountain of juice that is located at the end of the block was a great little spot for breakfast, coffee & smoothies. You can hear & see the peacocks that make their home at the fountain of youth. It was easier to back into the driveway to park than to try to back out into the daytime tour trollies and pedestrians, and it is an overall quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for us: two adults, one teenager, and perfectly accommodated the dog as well. The home was clean and well stocked with immediate necessities. Host communication was efficient and accurate. We had a great stay and look forward to future opportunities to revisit this property.

Fantastic rental! The house was clean and cute, and it was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. You also can't beat the location - walkable to downtown but still on a quiet street, and just a quick drive to Vilano Beach. We'll absolutely be back!

Great Place for Family Get Away

We have stayed at many other places during my daughter’s time at Flagler College but this has been our favorite place by far.

Super clean home. A little less than a mile to the fort and old time area, very walkable and safe. Great fenced in yard for our doggy. Overall a great stay!

We felt comfortable and at home right away. This house is beyond fantastic! Super convenient for driving anywhere in St. Augustine. Everything we needed was there and more. The dog felt safe and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

We went to play golf and also tour St Augustine. Were able to do both easily. Great location for Hop on Hop Off Trolley tour (house in on the same street as the 1st and last trolley stop). Info received from VRBO about checking in was WRONG and it caused considerable distress after a 3.5 hour drive when we attempted to unlock the door to the house. Texted the contact number and got a call back with the correct code from someone OTHER THAN the listed contact person. Really disappointed in VRBO about that.

St. Augustine rental

This property is well maintained and clean. Great location. Has all the amenities and extras provided that you could need. Also a great fenced in yard for pets! Check in and out was a smooth and easy process.

Perfect getaway

This place is in the perfect location with walking distance to the trolly or the Fountain of Youth. Pet friendly was a bit plus for us also. There is nothing that they do not have waiting for your stay at this wonderful gem. Can't wait to come back again already.

Just what we wanted

The set up was nice for 2 adult couples with ample privacy between bed and bath. Well equipped and nicely kept.
