Beautiful Newly remodeled condo, right on the edge of the water. Listen to the waves hitting the beach all day long. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets everyday. Fully furnished unit with a very modern look, has everything you need from kitchenware to all appliances, stove, microwave, washer, dryer. Whether you feel like cooking or not you have everything you need in the condo. We also have beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler to take on your beach adventures. This is a gated community with 2 tennis courts and 3 pools, 2 restaurants (Iggie's Oasis and Mim's Seaside Bistro) and Bolongo Beach all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. No need to worry about power outages - Generators which start automatically if the power ever goes out on island. Enjoy a nice dinner and a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the ocean with unobstructed views.

There's so much to explore on St. Thomas and even our sister island, St. John. Hiking Trails, Ruins, Snorkeling with Turtles, Swimming with Dolphins, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Zip Line, Rent A Dinghy, Day Sails, Sunset Sails, Charter a Boat to Spend the Day on the Water, Learn to Scuba/Certified Divers try out our great spots including wreck diving and diving for lobster. Very nice condo, quiet and private. Owners were very responsive. We appreciated the welcome snacks. Cooler and beach chairs were perfect. Definitely rent a car for this location.

This amazing property was all it advertised! Gorgeous views - we loved the sunset every night and getting to watch the cruise ships come and go. The condo was clean and bright with everything you could want. Walkable to a couple local restaurants as well. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Island time

The condo was perfect for a couple. Beautiful views of sunsets and cruise ships coming in and out. Plenty of towels and bathroom items were provided.

Beautiful property

Beautiful location!!

This was such an amazing rental! The location was perfect. The view from the balcony and living area even the bed each morning was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to St. Thomas.

Amazing Hosts

Not only was this property beautiful but it’s in a gated community and on the ocean! Our host provided us with a lot of information from where to rent cars, places they like to go, and things to do on your last day when you have time to kill between check out and your flight! They were quick and responsive when we had questions! Overall we had the best experience!

Great place to relax and explore.

Enjoyed a long weekend on the island. This condo is very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed waking up to the view every morning. Close to the pool and the coral beach right by the condo was neat to explore. Mim’s Seafood has good dining right on the water. Property manager did a great job communicating all the information we needed.

Perfect intimate retreat!

The views are magical! The space is extremely clean and welcoming. All the essentials are provided. Very easy to feel at home. Nice huge bed but too soft and not enough support for my personal preference. This was my first experience with VRBO. The host was fantastic. Super nice, responsive and very accomodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place on a secluded corner. Had great ocean views, liked that it was gated. Nice to have washer dryer and kitchen amenities. The host was even kind to provide beach chairs and towel, noodles for swimming and a cooler which was nice not to have to travel with. Pool was very nice! Only complaint is parking lot pavement is very rough and lots of speed bumps.

It was nice and clean. Extra bonus of the washer and dryer. When there was a problem with the plumbing it was addressed immediately. Xaverie was so helpful and accomodating.It was everything as advertised. We had a wonderful time.

Relaxing, beautiful, and easy stay at Sea Cliff Villas

By far the best experience yet in St. Thomas (our sixth trip). Love the ease of the rental process, and the cleanliness, loveliness and feeling of security at this property. Ideal for couples - I could live in this unit. The pool temperature (we only went to sunset pool) was ideal. We are comfortable renting a vehicle to get around the island, so we had no issues getting anywhere (including St. John). We would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! The views are beautiful and unmatched. Our host was so helpful. We had pots, pans, silverware, washer, dryer, beach chairs. We felt very comfortable here and it was a very safe area. I do highly recommend renting a vehicle. It will save you money from always getting taxis, as they are very expensive. The convenience is worth every penny.

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo is perfect, everything you need is available with some very welcoming extras! Loved the porch and the beauty of the ocean, very relaxing. The pool at sundown is breathtaking. Access to all of the pools and beach is convenient and the pools were all clean and inviting. If you stay here rent a car for access to the rest of the beautiful beaches and fun restaurants. Highly recommend Mims which you can walk to from the condo. Thank you to the hosts, the accommodations were more than we ever expected!

Very nice ocean view condo

The condo was next to the ocean with a great sunset view from the St. Thomas coast. It was recently renovated with very nice amenities even had a small wet bar, which is unusual. The pool was just steps away and was located on a rock ledge 30-40 feet above the ocean. It offered a very nice sunset view as well. Located just down the driveway from the complex was Mims Seafood restaurant which was a great value and the food was great. Xaverie, manager or owner I'm not sure, but he offered many useful tips prior to our arrival and was very responsive to any questions. Great place!

INCREDIBLE VIEW!!!!!

Beautiful view/ love the sound of the waves ! Clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you will need ! Walking distance to a couple restaurants makes this place exceptional ! Recommend renting a car , but still we liked walking to dinner options in the evening verses driving. Loved having the cooler and chairs for a day trips to beaches . Have 3 pool options- love the one by us overlooking the rocky coast . Owner was great with communication and very easy to work with . Thank you ! Will stay at this place again when we come back ! 😊

USVI Wedding Party

The property was as listed. The property Manager was awesome and attentive to our requests! Our stay was a very private, enjoyable wedding/vacation stay. This unit was perfect for my spouse and I. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed for a successful vacation! There were clean, very nice smelling towels for showers, along with two very large and beautiful beach towels that we were able to use for the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and enough dishes for preparing our meals. If we return to the USVI we will definitely contract this property again for another stay!

Clean with rude neighbors.

Very clean. Not very accommodating. Believed there to be a beach right there only to find rocks. No sunsets to be seen because of a mountain. Beautiful views if only adequate seating was provided. Had a wonderful stay. Would not rent this particular property again.

Small yet spacious

When looking at the pictures you may think “it’s a small condo” but the bedroom was large and spacious. The king bed fit 2 adults, an 11 yr old and a toddler. For more room there is a sectional that is comfortable to sleep on as well. Overall, this condo was perfect! The view is spectacular. The host is very attentive and responsive. Cleanliness was immaculate. 10/10 recommend this condo. My family will definitely be back.

Great Alternative to Resort

Property is centrally located between Charlotte Amalie, Anna's Retreat and Red Hook, making it convenient to see many different areas of the island. The drive into Charlotte Amalie is about 15 minutes. The home was extremely clean and inviting. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. The balcony overlooks the ocean and beach, providing beautiful ocean views, sunsets/beach as well as relaxing sounds of the waves. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend a rental car if you plan to go around the island. Taxi service is hit or miss and were times we could not get a taxi. They do have Safari trucks that drive by on the main road that will take you where you need to go. The pool is clean and boasts beautiful ocean views. We would definitely stay again on a return visit.

We had an excellent time visiting this beautiful island. The various beaches all are great for snorkeling as well. Everything is not a long car ride to get to.Flora has grown so the view from the balcony is more obscured than the photo on the site shows.Overall, as a 1st time visitor, we had an excellent, enjoyable & relaxing time.included.
