Condo has 24-hr a day gated security and is easy walking distance to 3 beaches (Coki beach, Sugar beach, and Margaritaville beach). Your stay includes beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and insulated cooler! Full access to Pineapple Village pool as well as other Margaritaville resort amenities such as restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and water sports/ surf shack… all without paying resort prices or extra fees. Located on the desirable East End near Red Hook with easy ferry access for island hops to St John and beyond! Unit includes oversized glass/tile shower, new kitchenette, and new king size bed. The private courtyard is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, evening glass of wine, or nighttime stargazing! If you have a larger group, we have 2 other condos next door to this one. This condo was small but was perfect for what we needed. It stayed nice and cool without running the a/c. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was warm and inviting along with the colors they choose. The grounds were beautiful and very tropical. The closest beach was Coki and we fell in love with it. Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly and checked on us to see if they could do anything to make our stay better. Highly recommend renting a car. We walked and used taxis but we still had a great time.

Our stay was enjoyable. The studio apartment, though small, had everything we needed and was very clean. There was no stove but a two burner hot plate was provided if needed.

WOW! This unit was wonderful. Description of property and small details provided by the host were terrific. The beach chairs and soft pack cooler was a great bonus since we rented a vehicle. Peaceful, clean, and responses from the host from booking to checkout were wonderful. Having a backup generator and filtered water were a HUGE perk, in addition to good water pressure and hot for showering. Would definitely rent from this host again.

Our stay was wonderful. Location was perfect close to Margaritaville. Taxis were readily available. The host had everything you would need for a stay.

The place was very clean and well taken care of, we had a great time and all the property is very nice as well, no hot tub like the ad said but the pool was amazing

Perfect Getaway

The property was just as described and provided a great place for our visit. The location was just right and was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. Our Hosts communicated frequently and helped make the stay easy. Highly recommend this property and will look to visit again if our travels ever bring us back to St. Thomas.

St. Thomas Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and comfortable. Next to Margateville made it easy to get taxis. The grounds are beautiful. We highly recommend.

A little bit of paradise

Pineapple Village great location for Coki Beach and snorkeling. Be sure to enjoy whole fish from Simply Delicious on Coki Beach. Nice Happy Hour at Margarita Resort.

Internet service and local TV. I had to use my own apps for the TV. It would have been nice to know what was happening with Venezuela because there was no news on the TV.

We have free high speed WI-FI and specifically state it’s a smart TV intended for streaming apps only in our description and pre-stay communication. 3 stars due to no local news seems very unfair

Karen and I grew up in Washington state and have had fun over the years completing numerous remodel projects while living on Lake Tapps. We decided to find a way to combine our love of the water with our DIY nature, so we retired from our corporate jobs and made the move to beautiful St Thomas, USVI.

We have previously vacationed in the USVI and fell in love with the tropical paradise! We were fortunate to find a condo project that met our needs… right location, right state of disrepair, and right price… so we purchased this unit in Pineapple Village. We’re grateful to live in the islands full time now and excited for travelers to visit and discover the beauty of the islands as we did.
