Beautiful sunsets from the balcony and very close to the beach. The beach loungers made it easy for us to enjoy a more relaxing time on the beach. Very peaceful and relaxing area. Check in and checkout was very smooth and quick.

TCI is a great place to stay. Close to the beach, grocery store, shopping and walking paths. The condo was very clean and has all the amenities needed. The staff if very approachable and easy to connect with for any questions. This is our 2nd stay and we will return.

We arrived late in the day and found the check in process well thought out and easy. The unit was very clean, the office staff very friendly and helpful. The whole facility was very quiet. Finally, the location was great, right on the beach.

The host (Sergey) was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with as well as the staff at the Inn. The unit was centrally located and amenities at the unit were terrific and just what we wanted. The view of the ocean from the balcony was magnificent.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern. The ocean view was fabulous. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, the property and room were clean. The location was great. I really liked the laid back feel, less busy feel than AMI.

Wonderful stay!
What a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The water at your fingertips and the amazing sunsets were indescribable! It was just right for the two of us. Loved the updated shower. Loved that lounge chairs and beach towels were provided. I’m ready to book again for next year!

VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS!If you're looking for a beautiful Gulf-front view, this is it! The sunsets were absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them from the spacious balcony.Check-in was easy, and the office staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, adequately stocked, and very comfortable. The beds slept well, the AC worked great, and the furniture was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be newer.The grounds are well-maintained and kept very clean, which we appreciated.It was nice that beach chairs were easily accessible on the beach. Please be mindful of the turtle nests and don't sit too close to them.Nice beach towels were provided and there were plenty of bath towels as well. This isn't a fancy, luxury-style resort, so if you're looking for a high-end, "bougie" experience, this may not be the place for you. However, if your priorities are a clean, comfortable condo with spectacular Gulf views, beautiful sunsets, and a relaxing beach vacation, it's a great choice.We dined at the Shore Restaurant the food and views were amazing! Have fun!
