Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace.
Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

We had a wonderful girls getaway. Dianna's place was spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything you could want. The beds were all comfortable. The views of the river were beautiful.Lots of wildlife. We enjoyed the gazebo and the gameroom. We highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our sister's getaway at the house. The kitchen was well stocked, even had coffee pods for the Keurig, but we brought our own. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Even the gazebo was cleaner than we expected (no spider webs to be found!). Nice that there was firewood available for the bonfire, although we didn't use it. Interesting knickknacks throughout the house and garage.

Absolutely incredible stay! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, spacious front and back yard. Night was clear for stargazing and bonfire was perfect. Host is very prompt and gave great recommendations for the surrounding area.

We all enjoyed our stay. Clean, pet friendly, host responded quickly to any questions. Nice place, would definitely accommodate eight people and has games for all ages. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in that area!

Very nice place, quiet and good location. Supplied us with wood for a bonfire and clean towels, wash clothes and even coffee. Didn't expect that but greatly appreciated. Would stay again.

Great weekend getaway

This was a lovely cabin for a weekend getaway. The weather wasn't particularly favorable, but the view was still beautiful and the inside of the cabin was very cozy.

The property was very easy to find and very clean. It had plenty of room for all of us that stayed! One of our girls was too short to get into the bed that was be her bedroom so she slept out on the couch and said that was comfortable. There’s also recliners if you have special needs that you need to sleep sitting up. it was in a beautiful area and I will totally rent this house again next year when I come if it’s available. The host was very responsive with my questions. The bunkbeds may be better for children than adults… They did seem to rock and sway a lot and were a little bit scary for the two adults who used them.

Relaxing Get Away

Perfect place for a “do nothing” few days. Great view. House well equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend this place for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Great place to work remotely

The sunroom makes for great panorama views of the river while working remotely. Hosts easy to work with and had no issues during our stay.

Perfect rental on the river

Love the location, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. No issues at all with checking in or checking out. Definitely will consider renting again when we revisit the area.

Great weekend getaway

As advertised. Well maintained older home right on the water. Plenty of room & games to play, even Foosball in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice home

We were all impressed with the home, lots of interesting things to look at and play with. We may have had to google how to do the horse shoe puzzle. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxation!

We had the best time unplugging and listening to wildlife. Could not have asked for a better location. The beautiful fresh flowers around the property were such a great touch. The hummingbirds lived then too. We will be back!

Great location

I’m a hiker so this location was perfect. My friend and I drove about 3-5 miles down the road until we found a parking spot and took off into the Au Sable forest and hiked for hours with our dogs. The home is cozy with great views and all of the basics for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting!

Wonderful place to unwind and read indoors and out! Plenty of room and nicely equipped. Beds are comfortable. Wonderful place for children as well. Had accommodations for children we did not use, but could see how wonderful this property would be for families! Dianna was awesome with all communication. Highly recommend!
