Lakefront Retreat - Gladwin

A little bit about this special place: the house was completely rebuilt in 2019.

We purchased it in May of 2020, and just three days after closing, the dams broke and the lake disappeared.

Even with that unexpected start, we held onto the property because of its charm and the hope that one day the lake would return.

Now, six years later, we’re excited to finally share this beautiful space with guests as the lake is being restored. The water is expected to return to full levels for peaceful views and recreational use during the summer of 2026.
It’s been a long journey for the community, and we’re thrilled to be part of the lake’s comeback.

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. A valid government-issued ID may be required after booking for verification purposes.
