Amazing stay. Everything was neat, clean and easy to find things. Host was very responsive dive to questions. Worked very well for our family.

Great place to stay in the Gladwin area. Close to town, shops and restaurants. Lots of deck space and a great spot for a fire by the river. House was clean, spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen was absolutely great. They had everything you would need. Would recommend and would love to come back.

My husband and I and two other couples stayed at this home for a weekend of ORV riding The house was very clean, very comfortable and easy to get to located right off the main road leading into town. We ate at two very good local restaurants and drove our ORVs on some really great nearby trails.

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was much better than being in a hotel. The house was spotless and well equipped. We would rent this one again.

This home, while not luxurious, was very comfortable, clean, well layed-out, spacious, well equipped, close to restaurants and small town shopping. We so enjoyed being in this home and are looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful, spacious property

We enjoyed our time at this property. Shopping and dining close by. Host was quick to respond regarding the one issue that came up. Would recommend.

Nice place.. I’m really glad we rented it. There was issues when it rained at the front door and driveway.

From the owner: "We're glad to hear you had a great stay overall. The minor flooding at the front door and driveway was a temporary issue following an unusually heavy downpour, about an inch and a half of rain in just 45 minutes. It’s no longer a concern, and similar flooding could happen in most areas during periods of heavy rain. Thanks for choosing to stay with us."

girls vacation

easily entered the very clean house. The TV etc was easy to use & figure out. Plenty of games & videos. Plenty of nearby activities. Only down fall was noise of traffic. Other than that, perfect place.

Fantastic place for family to stay!

My family and I grew up with the Tittabawassee being a big part of our lives. While we no longer have our cottage, this place hit the spot. The house was very clean (bonus points!) very well stocked with more than you’d ever need, spacious and beautiful outdoor patios. Andrew, the host, was very prompt with responses and very considerate of our check in/out requests. I would recommend this to everyone. Will be returning again.

Very quiet. Inside the house was clean and well-kept. The outside, however, could use some attention. The deck was dirty and in need of TLC; the patio furniture had no cushions. Overall, a good fit for folks who need a place to sleep. Very nice and quiet neighborhood!

Hi Marcia, thank you for your feedback. Upon receiving your concerns, we promptly visited the property to investigate the missing cushions. We found that four of the five chairs still had cushions, and the deck box was fully stocked with additional cushions. We have also power washed the composite deck for the third time this season to maintain its condition. Please note that the property is situated lakeside, surrounded by mature oak trees and natural landscaping—not within a manicured subdivision. As such, guests may encounter lake insects and other natural elements typical of this serene, wooded environment. We appreciate your understanding and hope this provides helpful context for future stays.

Beautiful home

It was a wonderful stay at this cute house. There was plenty of room with an open floor plan and the home was very clean and tidy. There were lots of games and movies if looking for something to do. We spent our mornings on the deck watching the wildlife on the water and our evening at the bonfire pit. I would highly recommend this home. Andy was also extremely helpful with getting in the home and had open communication with us. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.
