Newly renovated, Classic contemporary decor with a fantastic downtown location in a vintage Victorian 2BD /1 BA house. Walk one or two blocks, and you are in the heart of the best that downtown Glenwood Springs has to offer! Train Station, Hot Springs, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Parks, Library, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are all within easy walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, pack-n-play, and more, with thoughtful amenities for your convenience.

*This is NOT a pet-friendly apartment! Please check with us for pet-friendly locations! Guests LOVE our incredible location, 1/2 block away from, and overlooking Grand Ave- walking distance to the train, downtown restaurants, hot springs, library, etc.
Inside you will find a clean, well appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen, thoughtful decor and amenities to help you feel comfortable and at home in Glenwood Springs.
Guests may enjoy the front yard, and have access to the coin laundry on the back of the house. There is a dumpster in the back of the property where guests may throw trash.
We are always nearby, so please call us if you need anything during your stay.
Cooper Commons is one of Glenwood's most happening neighborhoods. This house overlooks Centennial Park (9th & Grand) where the local Farmer's Market is held every Tuesday throughout the summer. Just steps away from the library, 2 blocks from the train station and all of downtown Glenwood's finest restaurants, this is an ideal location if you want to be in the center of it all!
This is a pedestrian friendly neighborhood and town. You are within 1 to 2 blocks of all downtown restaurants, coffee shops, Train station, library, etc. The grocery store is 7 blocks away. You can also grab a local taxi (Valley Taxi), or drive about 1 mile to the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot Springs.
The bike path along the river, hiking trails and Two Rivers Park are just out your back door.

For this reason, and out of consideration for your neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m..
There is an on-site coin laundry in the back of the house (the only door on the back 1st floor, to the right of the stairs). Also, there is a dumpster in the back of the property if you need to dump additional garbage. Please make sure it is secured so no bears can access the dumpster.
Please clean any dishes used, and the stove/oven if used during your stay.
NO pets allowed! Please call for other arrangements, or check out our pet-friendly cabins!
If you damage the home (including INDOOR SMOKING OF ANY TYPE- VAPE, MARIJUANA, CIGARETTES, ETC.), you may be charged $250 a minimum or more, or the actual cost of repairs/replacement of damaged property. There are OUTDOOR SMOKING AREAS ONLY AT EACH LOCATION.
Some spaces are shared -these Vacation Rentals are all located within a Victorian House that has other private tenants. Please be respectful of your neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
