#18-054 This cute, older home has a huge yard for hanging out and is ideally located close to many of the activities Glenwood offers. Within walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs, close to Glenwood Meadows Shopping Center, located across from Veltus park (which has tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground, BBQ grills and walking trail). This house is also steps away from the bike trail that runs along town and both the Roaring Fork River and the Colorado River for fishing.
The home itself is Super sunny, cozy, warm and beautiful with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. It has 1 bathroom which has a bathtub/shower.

A huge living room with fireplace, games, free high speed internet * Streaming channels. A dining room with dining set, overhead fan, and work desk.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and essentials. Home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The outdoor deck has a view of the beautiful mountains and seating.

The huge yard is equipped with a fire pit, outdoor seating and blankets so you can enjoy hanging out during Colorado evenings. Permit #18-054

We allow fur babies with notice.

Easy stroll into downtown to eat, shop, or have a beer. The house is plenty roomy. Great to have parking on the property so close to town. You don't have to worry about moving your car.

Great location. Was able to walk to the river, to the adventure park, to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, dinner at Rocky Mountain Pizza and Brava Modern Trattoria. It was nice sitting in the shaded fenced yard with our labs and enjoying cool cocktails. Everything was great!

It’s a great little spot very close to downtown Glenwood Springs. The check-in process was easy. I would just advise to keep a close eye out because the driveway sneaks up on you quickly as you’re going down the road, but the host was amazing.

It was situated on a pretty busy road. The upside was you can walk to town and to the river walk, which was very convenient. We thought there was to be a outdoor grill. Missed that, as we enjoy grilling. Overall it was a good fit for us 3 adults and pets.Clean and comfortable beds. All you need in the kitchen.

Beautiful views, especially after it just snowed. Home was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect-close to the historic downtown, the river trails, dog park and has easy on/off I-70. The fenced yard was a plus for our pup, too.

Perfect place to stay if you are biking Rio Grand bike path. The living area was comfortable. Perfect porch for outdoor dining. It was easy walk or bike to downtown. I would update the pots and pans. I hate using pans with worn out nonstick coating.

Terrific place - so comfortable, so well equiped (even towels for the hot springs, reusable grocery bags, coffee maker and filters). We loved the fire pit outside. Easy walk to all the restaurants and right across the street is access to Red Mtn / Jeanne Golay Trailhead

Perfect spot for us. Easy walk to town and trails for running. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. Lots of space for relaxing, games, and enjoying the sun on the back deck. Getting some laundry done was a nice bonus.

Lovely spot on the edge of town. Super close to walking trails and downtown. My dog wanted to stay forever, the yard was his dream! Very comfy accommodations, great for a couple working from home. Will definitely book again.

It was a great place to stay but it would have been nice to know the was mice poisoning in the laundry room especially with having our dog there. Overall it was great and we would love to come back!
