We stayed at Water Music with our adult kids and our grandson. We had a wonderful time. House is lovely and clean. Anne is great, She got back to us with any questions we had promptly. The path to the beach is very close, a 5 minute walk to beach.We rented bikes which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lots of bike and walking paths.We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Water Music! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and so convenient for our family getaway. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after full days enjoying the beach.We also loved that we were able to bring our dog along and make it a true family vacation. The owner was so kind and helpful throughout the process, which made our stay even better. We truly appreciated her hospitality and how welcoming she was.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing beach vacation!

The location to walk to the beach and also to drive on access was so convenient. Both about 2 minutes away..Anne was quick to respond if we needed anything. House was perfect with all the amenities we needed and more. Kids enjoyed the extra beach toys we could use. One of our best trips!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip to the Outer Banks! The walk to the beach was short and easy, and the provided beach cart was a game changer! We were traveling with 4 kids ages 5-14 so being so close to the beach while also having the beautiful pool at the house for a change of pace was perfect. As a family, we could have used more than one towel per person, but the in-house laundry made it easy to keep dry, clean towels on hand for each of us with no problem. The host was lovely and informative and we would recommend staying in this home to anyone who would listen.

Relaxing Vacation

Anne’s place was perfect for my family of 4 plus my parents. The location was great, right next to the trail to the beach. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding along the trails to the lighthouse for a gorgeous sunset.

Wonderful getaway!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Water Music… very comfortable accommodations, a short, easy walk to the beach, and the added bonus of a hot tub and pool. Our host Anne was very accommodating and helpful, but gave us complete privacy while we were there. We’re looking forward to returning next year!

The house was very well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect! There was plenty of room for 2 families. We loved the decks, the pool, and the beach was just a block over. Anne was kind and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot!

This was my families first time to OBX and they had a blast even with the looming hurricane weather we had. They house was perfect for the 8 of us, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was close to all sorts of activities, but not in the hustle and bustle of the down town. Highly recommended

Wonderful week spent at Water Music. Property was in perfect location and our host had thought of everything. House was tastefully decorated, spotless, and included all supplies that we needed. Our host was available via text to answer all questions —and even gave us a tip on how to view wild horses! Enthusiastically would recommend to others. Thank you, Anne!

The house was extremely clean and the host provided essentially everything you could need or want for a very pleasant stay. The layout of the house made it very comfortable for 6 adults and 3 kids to have their own space. The pool was clean and well maintained. This is a third row house and it was an easy 5 minute walk from the house to the beach access and the beach was very nice, with a long shallow water entry for the kids.The beds were great, very comfortable. Internet access was excellent and there were so many TV channels that could satisfy anyone's taste. Parking was easy at the house. Finally the Host was absolutely wonderful and easily accessible by text if there was anything you needed or wanted to know. This is a Five Star vacation spot.

Perfect for kids!

We had a wonderful time! The house was set up so that kids were on one floor and parents had their own master upstairs. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Plenty of bathrooms and deck area. Great stocked kitchen. I liked that the pool was secure with fence and gate to keep our littler kids safe. The owner was lovely! The home is close to the beach with easy access. There was a convenient store close by. Loved the peaceful area and everyone was so kind. We recommend the house! And be sure to visit the lighthouse!

We. Had a wonderful stay at Water Music. The location was fantastic! It was literally a couple minute walk to the beach and was so convenient! There was a grocery store about 10 minutes away as well as some shopping in the area as well. The house was beautiful and was a fantastic layout for our family. My favorite part was the kitchen and bar. We really enjoyed cooking went on vacation and the kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever rented before. The hot tub was The icing on the cake for our trip! It was So incredibly relaxing to be able to sit in the hot tub and look up at the thousands of stars that were so clear and beautiful. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We definitely would stay here again.

Wild horses during breakfast

We spent a week here and loved it. The location was perfect for driving on the 4x4 beach, walking to the beach or everything in Corolla. Communication with Anne was fantastic. She reached out to us a few times before we arrived to check on our plans and asking if we needed help planning. When we arrived we meet Anne who lives on the bottom floor. Some people might not care to have the owner of the property on site, but it was perfect. She has her own apartment on the lower level and we had the top two floors. Anne is such a great source of everything going on in Corolla. She recommended restaurants, bakeries, places to go and things to do. She helped point us in the right direction every time we asked. The walk to the beach is approximately 2 mins. One morning while eating breakfast we had two wild horses outside in the backyard. Great house in a perfect location. We are working on when we will be able to head back. Thanks again Anne for all of your help.

Water Music is a great family property. Our extended family of ten (4 children/6 adults) fit very comfortably. Short walk to beach, private pool with a locked gate were perks that were great for the kids. Well-equipped kitchen. Spacious upstairs where all ten of us hung out without feeling crowded. Close to the 4x4 beach with a nice elevated 1/3 mile boardwalk/walkway that ends w/ a beautiful view of the reserve.Lucky's Pizza, Banana Dog Cafe (coffee) were musts.Anne was a superb host: made us feel welcome and was an efficient communicator. She has a beautiful home that is ideally located in Corolla. No negative aspects about our stay!

Overall the space was great for what we needed. Beach access was just about right next door. We also had access to all of the community amenities. The decks out back were not kept well, with some nails here and there sticking up. There was also water damage concerns and therefore we could not use the dishwasher which made it challenging with 10 people in the house. It also would have been great to have a working grill that wasn’t dirty and rusting. Aside from the few issues we would stay there again. The owner was very nice and communication was fantastic.

I work very hard on my house, and if I know about any concerns during a renter's stay, I will do everything I can to resolve them quickly. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!
