Great location! Perfect if you have a dog that likes to walk and zoom on the golf course. Beautiful scenery. View of mountains was great. Unit is a bit small but fine for two adults and a dog.

Property was updated and very clean with a great view of the golf course from. the back patio. Suggestions, Park City has become increasingly warm during the summer months. A fan in the.living area and bedroom is needed. Phone charger stations on each side of the bed would have been appreciated.

It was the perfect place to stay with a dog who needs to "go out" a lot. We went for many beautiful walks around Park City including around the golf course. Having a dog- friendly place to stay and a porch looking out to the golf course was exactly what we (both) needed. The condo is very close to stores and restaurants, many dog friendly, but inside we didn't hear traffic at all. I loved the full (not mini) little kitchen, fireplace for the two days we had light snow, comfy sofa, and view outside.

Ski Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect to Park City Resort and Deer Valley. You can literally walk to Park City Resort.

Great location - thank you!

The two of us stayed at this property for 2 weeks with our two dogs. It was a pleasant experience and the place is well stocked with everything you need. It’s perfect for 2 people. I have just one recommendation for the host which is put a shade over the patio doors that can be pulled down at night for privacy.

Didn't want to leave!!

We came for a conference and just truly enjoyed the location and stay. The view was so pretty from the windows overlooking the golf course. So many birds! (And bad golfers lol). But it was quite entertaining to watch. Comfy bed, very clean!

Place was exactly as shown/described. I liked that the patio backed up to the golf course, nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Location is excellent as you can walk to (2) grocery stores, many restaurants, and right on the bus line. Would book it again. Thank you, Mark

Perfect location and perfect size

We are locals who needed a place to stay while our home had some work done. The views across the golf course to the mountains was amazing! The location is fabulous for everything one could want to do in Park City. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sitting outside was so peaceful. The property manager was helpful when I had some trouble locking the back doors (it was me, not the door). I would recommend this unit to any visitor.

Perfect. Got everything I need. Here's a draft review in your voice:---We stayed here for a week (Jun 29 - Jul 5) with our dog. The location is outstanding — you're literally ON the Park City Golf Course with views of the mountains and the fairway right off your patio. Watching geese parade through every morning with coffee was a genuine highlight. For Park City, even in summer, the price is hard to beat — came to about 200/night all-in, which is remarkable for this area.The unit is efficiently laid out for a small space, nicely decorated even if the materials are on the affordable side. Good appliances, comfortable sofa, lots of reading materials, and streaming video on the TV. The gas fireplace turns on with a knob — nice touch for cool evenings. The small washer/dryer combo was a particularly welcome feature for a week-long stay. And the doggy door to the courtyard was a lifesaver for letting our dog go in and out on his own schedule.Now the candid part. The interior living space is quite clean, but maintenance has been neglected in some areas. The courtyard is filthy. The windowsills are full of cobwebs. There's only one window that opens and the crank is broken, so you can't actually open or close it. Blinds and doors are begging for some attention. The coffee maker is there but they leave no coffee — bring your own. And curiously, the pantry is stuffed with pots, pans, containers, and three or four extra coffee makers that appear to belong to other rental units

Great location and great unit

Very well kept unit. All brand new. Only had issue with back door not locking but it was because of the all the snow! The management company was very responsive though. Great from start to finish! Highly recommend.
