Welcome to Outside Magazine's Best Town! This is a great location in the heart of Park City with plenty of natural light. Just a few minutes drive or free Park City bus ride (stop is next to the condo building) to Park City Mountain (over 7,300 acres and is now the largest ski resort in the US!) and Deer Valley. Don't forget there are over 400 miles of mountain biking trails to enjoy the rest of the year and great golfing and fishing.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 and can accommodate 6 using the queen size sofa sleeper. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, LED TVs, blue-ray DVD player in the living area, Keurig and drip coffee machines, and common area hot tub. The building is serviced by an elevator so there is no need to hike up flights of stairs after a long day on the mountain.

**Sorry, full ski-season rentals are not available... this is place is too great to not use myself!**

2 Bedroom on Bus Route

Nice 2-bedrrom 2-bath condo on upper floor of New Claim across the street from the bus stop servicing Park City and Deer Valley resorts and Main Street. Good beds, linens, and well equipped kitchen.

Happy Place for sure

Beautiful property bus stop across the street plentiful restaurants and walking distance clean and neat place. Some people live on the property and they are very nice and talkative. Just a cool place for sure. Stay here if you’re looking at it the owner was very responsive on a few things. Thank you.

The Perfect PC Location

Everything about our first time in Park City was perfect. This location is so convenient to everything. Dave was a perfect host and responded to our questions in such a timely manner. If we get back to Park City we would not hesitate to stay in this Condo again. Don’t miss a visit and bus tour of Olympic Park. We watched several Olympic skiers in training. Park City and the area has much to offer.

Perfect spot for a mountain vacation

Spot is exactly as described in the listing. Stayed with a family of five, and while not the biggest space we were comfortable the entire trip. Convenient bus stop right around the corner to move around the city. The kitchen has plenty of tools and enough space to make breakfast. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus for keeping gear ready day to day.

Great condo

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a trip to Park City. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. A lobby entrance as well as an indoor entrance to the condo provides extra levels of security. The bus stop is directly across the street and provides service to anywhere one needs to go. My family and I are returning for another rental in March.

Good value

This property was a short drive to the slopes and conveniently located near some good restaurants. The pull-out sofa was a little uncomfortable for an adult.

A hidden gem in Park City!

We will continue to book year after year! This place is a perfect location for everything you need! A quick bus ride to anywhere in town! But restaurants and shopping and a park all within walking distance. The condo is equipped with everything you need. All cooking utensils, coffee pots and washer and dryer!

Great ski vacation

Well-appointed condo with a great location, directly on bus line for easy access to all of Park City, including Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and ski services. Made for an easy, relaxing ski vacation.

Terrific place, great condition, close to everything good

The unit was well kept and clean. Had everything we needed for a great week. Close to tasty restaurants and buses to Park City. Hot tub was a plus at the end of a ski day.

Our Stay

Small but has everything you need. It has one king bed and I think a queen in the other bedroom. It was really nice having a full size washer and dryer. The condo is very quiet; we never heard our neighbors...

Perfect for a week of boarding at Park City, Xtra HOT hot tub

Dave's place was perfect, decent sized and it was really nice to have two bathrooms for our group of four for the week. Overall, it was a great value for what we got, especially being across the street from the bus. We were able to utilize the laundry which was great for a week of skiing and packing light. Super close to public transportation to the mountain and downtown PC, walkable restaurants for breakfast and pizza. The kitchen was a little small for any major cooking, but stocked with all needs for breakfasts, lunch, and light meals. The only thing was that the indoor hot tub (which was a major selling point) was a little too hot to comfortably unwind at the end of a long day on the hill, and the maintenance guy we ran into on-site said there was nothing to be done about it. OH well. We still managed to have a great time! Would stay again.

Holiday 2022

Nice place, the kitchen was unusually well equipped, this apartment had everything we were looking for. The bus station to the ski resorts is right in front of the house which was very very convenient.

Great host!

This was a great location close to many restaurants and public transportation. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to all our questions and concerns, gave us many great tips on locations and restaurants. We had mostly everything we needed for 5 of us. Hot tub was not hot but seems like that’s in most of the condo buildings but was great for kids. Will definitely use in the future.

Great location and enough space for 4

The property was perfect for a group of 4 guys on a ski trip to Park City. The ski/snowboard racks were convenient, and the space was ideal as far as not needing too much, since we weren’t home all that often. Two of us slept in the front room, one in the back, and one on the pullout couch. The only issue we had getting there late was that we couldn’t find sheets for the pullout couch. However, the property manager (Dave) was very responsive and helped us find them the next morning. Check-in was super easy with codes. The one thing that was also less than ideal was that the hot tub was down for maintenance and cold the second and third of three days there. That was a big drawback since we really enjoyed it on the first day and expected to have access during the whole trip. Nevertheless, this Vrbo fit our needs just fine and I would recommend for smaller parties of adults on a ski trip.

Great place for Park City/Deer Valley ski trip

This condo was well appointed and comfortable. It has all the comforts of home and is a very short drive to Deer Valley or Park City skiing. The bus stop is also right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Dave was very helpful and the checkin details were thorough and easy to understand. Thanks!
