Tropical Getaway perfect for families
The condo offers a cozy and comfortable stay, featuring one bedroom, a loft, and two bathrooms—one on each floor. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a lovely condo at an affordable price, located just minutes from numerous activities.
Our place is clean and inviting. To ensure a pleasant experience, the condo undergoes bug control every three months, so you won’t have to share your space with any local critters. Since purchasing the condo in March 2017, we’ve continued to make improvements. An eco-friendly A/C system has been installed in both the main living area and the loft, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. However, during the late fall through early summer, you can enjoy an even greener vacation by simply opening the front and back doors and windows to let the tropical breezes flow through.
The combination of ongoing improvements, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen with essentials for meal preparation, and a variety of nearby activities makes this the ideal rental for you. For families with young children, we’ve provided a high chair and kid-sized cups, plates, and bowls. You’ll love soaking up the sun, exploring the location, and savoring delicious local cuisine.
The estate offers three swimming pools and two sports courts for tennis and pickleball. After your payment is confirmed, we’ll send a confirmation email. Once we’ve received full payment, we’ll provide you with the entrance gate code, parking spot number, door code, Wi-Fi instructions, and other important information.
Whether you’re a family or a couple, you’ll feel right at home. Beach access is less than an 8-minute walk from your front door to Turtle Bay beaches, which are kid-friendly and safe for swimming and snorkeling. Additional adventures await within 10 to 15 miles in either direction of the estate. Our condo is nestled between two beautifully maintained golf courses, in the most private condo complex on Oahu’s North Shore at Kuilima West Estate, a gated community with pools and a tennis court. You’re just a short drive away from world-class big-wave surfing and pristine beaches. Whether you’re seeking adventure or simply looking to unwind and relax, our condo is the perfect choice for your stay.

Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.
There is a $50 fee for lost parking passes
Please keep unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! When cooking and eating-in, please clean thoroughly immediately after. This helps insects out of the unit. Tip; Wipe down counters and sink. Store food in closed containers, and refrigerator. Please DO NOT leave dirty dishes, empty food containers, take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at anytime. Please DO NOT eat on the couches or beds leaving crumbs or food wrapping behind. We must enforce strict rules regarding cleanliness to avoid potential future issues with bugs. We take great pride in not having a problem with insects. Please note, if our cleaning crew find dirty dishes or excessive garbage in our home upon your check-out there may be a fee deducted from your deposit. Thank you.
Air Conditioner: Please help us conserve energy by closing doors & windows to the rooms where A/C units are on.Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE loading items in washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in washer
