This second-floor condo provides you with the comforts of home with two championship golf courses, a beautiful swimming beach and a first-class resort just a short walk away. Located in Kuilima Estates West, neighboring the luxurious Turtle Bay Resort, the condo overlooks the 3rd fairway of the George Fazio Championship golf course with stunning mountain views beyond.
The condo has recently been remodeled with new carpet, tile flooring, kitchen appliances, countertops, shower/tub, paint, furniture and Hawaiian décor. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed for an especially comfortable night’s sleep and the screened-in lanai provides extended living room space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without the critters. This unit also provides you with wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a Lazy-Boy sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is also a pack-n-play crib for a little one to sleep in. We now have AC in main bedroom, living room, and loft for your comfort.
The condo complex has three recently renovated swimming pools, tennis courts, and barbeque cabana areas for your enjoyment. Casual and fine dining, cocktails, and spa services are just steps away at the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort. There are also miles of scenic walking, biking and horseback riding trails, and a perfect swimming beach.
A short 20-minute drive brings you to the historic North Shore town of Haleiwa with excellent shopping and dining choices, and don’t forget shaved ice from Matsumoto! On the way you can enjoy many of the North Shore’s beautiful, world-famous beaches such as Waimea Bay and Sunset beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center and the stunning Waimea Falls Park are each just a quick 15-minute ride.
You can also enjoy snorkeling or SCUBA diving at Shark’s Cove, only 10 minutes from the condo. And for all you surfing enthusiasts, the Vans Triple Crown professional surfing event is held on multiple North Shore beach breaks just 15 minutes away from the condo during the months of November and December.

This condo has everything you could possibly need and more! It comes fully stocked with beach gear, a well-equipped kitchen, bath and beach towels, excellent air conditioning on both floors, comfortable beds, and cozy seating. The peaceful island vibe made it the perfect place to relax.The condo is just steps from the pool, conveniently located near the North Shore, and offers a beautiful scenic drive to the Windward side. The owner was easy to communicate with, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay.We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 perfect!

Great location away from crowds!
Perfect Oahu stay! Very clean and excellent looks cation close to the beach and walking trails.

Great location & for kids
Comfortable for a family with kids. We loved the proximity to the amenities and towns on the north shore.

A nice property well kept. A bit older but well maintained. Great access to amenities and nearby activities.

Great property!
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Beautiful and reasonably priced gateway to the North Shore. Turtle bay beach nearby is an amazing spot for snorkeling with kids.

Kulima stays a very nice place to stay at the north shore
Close to all surfbreaks and well maintained, I was back to Kuilima after two decades and everything was still the same - a nice place in a magic zone.

Great location
Great condo in a great location. Central to everything that we enjoy on the North Shore. Good family layout. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. We loved the location, it was quiet, lots of activities were accessible at the Ritz next door. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and had everything we needed to unwind and relax.

Nice property. Great communication
We stayed for 8 days and the property was nice. Kitchen was large. Communication with the host was amazing-we appreciated her time.

Great location! It’s right across the pool and overlooking the golf course. So quiet and relaxing!

Easy check in. Nicely stocked. Pretty warm upstairs but lots of fans to mitigate

Family get away
The property was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach toys and towels for our stay. The boys loved playing tennis every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay.
