Our unit is located on the second floor, easily accessible via wide, welcoming stairs. Whether you`re a couple, adventurer, business traveler, or family, you`ll love the comfort and warmth of our cozy space.
The spacious 900 sq. ft. condo features:
A master bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and full bathroom.
A loft-style second bedroom with another queen bed and full bathroom upstairs.
The layout comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for your perfect getaway.

Entertainment & Comfort: TVs, ceiling fans, and air conditioning — a split system AC in the living room and loft, plus a separate AC unit in the master bedroom.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials you need to prepare and enjoy meals.
Laundry & Connectivity: In-unit washer and dryer, plus fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected.
Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and a cooler for your island adventures.

Turtle Bay is a unique and picturesque area on Oahu`s pristine North East Corner. The Turtle Bay Hotel, just a five-minute walk away, offers several bars and restaurants. The resort area features two world-class golf courses (Fazio and Palmer), four excellent restaurants, a few surf spots, and beautiful sunset views.
Located just four miles from famous beaches like Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea Bay, and 12 miles from the historic Haleiwa town, where you can enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and activities. The Polynesian Cultural Center is only 15 miles away.
Getting Here
We recommend renting a car to fully explore Turtle Bay and the surrounding areas. However, guests can also use Uber or take the bus, with door-to-door service available from the airport.

ACCESS & PARKING
Front Door Lock
The keyless lock keypad is located on the front door. Please open the screen door to access it. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Fobs
Inside the unit, you will find two gate fobs hanging next to the front door. These fobs allow access into the gated community and to the pool areas. Please return them to the same location before checkout.
Replacement fee: $100 per lost or damaged fob
(Note: The gate code provided is for arrival entry only.)
Assigned Parking
Your stay includes one assigned parking stall.
Guest Parking
Kuilima East offers designated guest parking stalls. Guest parking is free, but a Guest Parking Pass must be clearly displayed.

Keep the unit free of crumbs
Wipe counters and sinks after preparing or eating meals
Store food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Do not leave dirty dishes or food containers out
Dispose of take-out boxes and excess trash promptly
Important:
Please do not eat on the couches or beds, as crumbs attract bugs.
We take great pride in keeping our unit insect-free. If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
AIR CONDITIONING
To help conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where the A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house
