Great property located right in the heart of the North Fork wine trail. Property was clean and spacious. Swimming pool and deck area were extremely relaxing. Would highly recommend

This is a beautiful home with a great pool and beautiful serene backyard. The home was spotless and had everything we could need during our stay. Also conveniently located near town and wineries.

This property was excellent, homey, very very well stocked with all you need to feel at home. From pool towels to ALL kitchen needs, books, games, pool toys. Pictures were fair, but didn't give it enough justice. We felt so at home, comfortable, and not in need of anything. Some rentals can feel sparce...not here. We had 5 adults for a family gathering after a wedding, and we felt right at home.

Wonderful getaway for 6 women. The pictures and description do not do this spacious property justice. Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed and all of the minor comfort details were covered (air fresheners, white noise machine, etc). The back deck with fire pit kept us cozy during chilly evenings. We will definitely be back!

This home is even better in person. Marisa was a wonderful host! The house is appointed perfectly, and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Sitting out on the deck was fabulous. It is a large and beautifully planted back yard. The location is excellent! Close to so many vineyards and shops. I've stayed in a lot of different places on the North Fork. This is one I would return to.

North fork wine country!

Enjoyed our sons wedding weekend in the north fork and stayed at the house. House was lovely and all as shown and described in the write up. Host was super nice also. !

Great Family Get Away!!!

The house is honestly even better than the pictures! So much space and privacy! The owners are so quick to respond and answer any questions. We are already planning our next trip in the Fall.

Great house!

Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful clean home with great amenities - games, beach chairs, beautiful pool and fantastic outdoor area. We would visit this home again.

Well spent week

Marisa was great with communication, the house was beautiful, clean, well equipped with everything we needed… The kitchen had super quality, dishes, pans, spices… Really this place was amazing!

Wedding weekend

Our niece got married on the North Fork and we wanted to stay for the weekend. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is beautiful inside and out.

Mattituck stay

We had a great time at this Mattituck property with pool. The house was well kept. The homeowners were available if we had any questions or if we needed them. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. The backyard is huge and we used it for various activities. The pool is not large but it was sufficient for kids. Marisa was helpful and reachable when we had questions. Overall, we had a positive experience.

Girls Weekend

Spectacular home with gorgeous back deck and a pool! Slept 6 women comfortably and location could not be beat. We are already talking about coming back. Owners were great communicators and kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine. 5 stars!!!

Friends Trip

Had a great time at the house when we were not at the nice wineries in the surrounding area! Melissa was great with support & communication as we accidentally got locked out of one of the bedrooms, the property manager was over within an hour. Lol Would 100% book again, great stay away out East on Long Island.

Can’t wait to return!

The best! Marisa and Jason were incredible hosts and their home was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, spacious, great location, wonderful ambiance and beautiful manicured outdoor area. We came in the fall and the pool was closed, but we’ll be back in the summer time to take full advantage! The basement is large and comfortable, great place for kids to hang. Working fireplaces set a cozy vibe and the fire pit table made for comfortable nights outside. Marisa was so responsive and helpful. We loved her personal touch. Can’t wait to return!

Although our stay was brief, we could not have asked for a better stay. The house had everything we needed including a perfect location, a lovely outdoor patio seating, clean beds, full kitchen, privacy, well maintained property, and convenience to the supermarkets. Thank you Marisa!
