We do want to clarify that each of our properties is stocked with a complimentary starter kit upon arrival, which includes two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and other basic items to help get your stay off to a smooth start. We also include a full “What to Bring” list with your booking confirmation and pre-arrival messages so guests can plan accordingly for longer stays. We appreciate the note about the dishes as well. While our cleaning teams do their best to check everything, we’ll be sure to follow up with the crew to ensure all items are being inspected more closely between guests.
