The living room features a large flat screen TV, and electric fireplace and comfortable seating that will invite you to relax at day’s end. This area is complimented with a dining area for 6.

This home has 3 bedrooms – a king primary bedroom, a king guest bedroom, and a queen guest bedroom, comfortably sleeping 6 in beds.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. Please contact us to add a Pack 'n play to your reservation.
