What an incredible location in La Jolla! I cannot say enough about the location! The ocean is a literally a minute walk from the property. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, even the grocery store (Pavilions). There were 6 of us & it felt spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were kind & welcoming & answered simple emails in a speedy fashion. We all absolutely loved our time there. Thank you!!

The condo was located in an amazing area. The beach was steps away and the surrounding area is fantastic. You could walk to fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

When my family makes another trip to La Jolla, we will definitely see if this unit is available. The location could not be better, The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. The small complex was quiet. For a unit where the beach is a short walk, I expected a much higher rental price. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting La Jolla.

very close to water . food. shopping coffee church. great place to stay .. you have to move car around for parking . 2-3 blocks away at the most . sometimes right out front

This location is incredible! Beach is just feet away, and the view is fantastic. Restaurants, shopping, activities and great views are all within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen, and the bedrooms and amenities were great.

The location and views cannot be beat. Walkability to beach and La Jolla Village and can watch the sunset into the ocean from the little private porch or the common area. The unit is spacious and was clean. Loved having the beach chairs and boogie boards, beach towels, and beach umbrella in the unit! The neighborhood was quiet, with only seagulls calling a bit at night and a club across the street playing music until 10 PM weekend nights. (This is important in the summer because windows must stay open in absence of A/C.) Only downsides were one bedroom lacked a ceiling fan, closets smelled a bit musty so did not put my clothes in there, and table/floor fans were very dusty do did not want to use them either.

Great location and space! We’d stay here again. Be sure to note that there is no laundry in the unit. I would think twice about that for next time. Otherwise, it was great!

Great location

We had a great time during our long weekend stay at this property! The beds were comfortable and the property very clean. The location near beaches and restaurants was also ideal!!

We loved our stay. Great location. The shared terrace was perfect for pre dinner drinks and only a short walk to great shops and restaurants. We will be back !

Incredible location La Jolla

Couldn’t image a better location in La Jolla for a price that doesn’t break the bank! 1 minute walk down to the coast / beaches, a few minutes walk to restaurants in the town.

Good location

The property was super close to the ocean. Ocean view from the porch and common sitting area. There were lots of food options and activities within walking distance.

The location was great, close walking distance to all the shops, food, and close to the beach. There is no air conditioning just a few fans which was ok, it was just always warm in the place. We had to find the internet box and plug it in ourselves which was a series of extension cords to plug it in, didnt seem like it was supposed to be there. The place was a bit rundown especially for the area, but we spent more time exploring the town. It looked like it maybe was 2 condos that they cut out a wall and make one bigger space so the layout was kind of odd. Either way we had a good stay, for the price I would probably find a hotel or something more modern/ comfortable.

Great location and nice space overall

We loved this property and its proximity to everything in La Jolla. Beds were nice, view from the patio was amazing, kitchen area was good. We appreciated there were beach towels and 3 beach chairs. Our only complaint was the bath towels were thin and really small and the screen in one bedroom window was missing. Overall loved the place and would stay again.

Incredible location

Great spacious place. Location is amazing, 1/2 block to the beach. Tons of cafe, restaurants within walking distance .. The place doesn't have a/c, so depending on the breeze level, it may get hot. There are overhead fans . Sometimes the upstairs neighbor was loud, but they quieted down around 10p. I would stay here again!

Great location, a little sparse inside

We stayed at this property for a full week and were very pleased with the location. Had no trouble parking and the walk to shops and restaurants was easy. The weather wasn’t as nice as we had hoped for so we spent more time in this condo than we might have otherwise. We found the space adequate but not overly comfortable. In fact decor and furnishings were rather tired and since it’s a first floor unit we had blinds and curtains closed most of the time for privacy. This made it feel quite dark. There was a dog upstairs that barked early each morning. This might be a great spot for young families but didn’t offer the extras that a group of adults would have liked. We had very few towels, no hand towels, no beach towels, and the bath towels were very thin.

This location is hard to beat, being right on the water makes for a lovely vacation. We are continuously making upgrades to our homes, as a small local company, we strive to better each guest experience! We're always happy to bring over extra linens/towels when needed!

Loud, Needs a Face Lift, Great Location

Pros of this spot: great location! We walked everywhere for the most part. The community center across the street with the playground for the kids was awesome. There is laundry on site. -Lots of space for 6 of us -TV was good - Eating space good - Kitchen was adequate - Beach close! So close! Cons: - Very loud - Loud street noise - Loud neighbors, especially the upstairs neighbors who apparently run on the opposite schedule of us (we have small kids so bedtime and sleeping is a whole thing). I heard every single thing from upstairs as though it were happening in the bedroom right next to me. They were often up late at night (3am). I'm sure our toddlers were a rude awakening at 7am. - People dumping stuff off the upstairs balcony - The paint, the bathroom could really use some help. I'm sure this company makes plenty of money on these rentals. The bathroom was sad.
