Our host was terrific helping us with the TV after hours. Very informative during the reservation process and just generally making everything pleasant. The condo was wonderful with everything we needed for our stay. Huge bonus being steps away from the Copperhead course. If we come back to Innisbrook I'll call Brian first.

Spacious Innisbrook Vacation Getaway

Ideal for a family getaway or a golf weekend at Innisbrook, this unit is steps away from two clubhouses and a short walk to the Lochness pool. This two bedroom unit is much roomier than others we have visited at Innisbrook. Well maintained and clean, we will definitely return!

Best stay ever.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary. And it was amazing! The location of the condo was breathtaking. On the golf course just a walk away from the finest dining you will ever experience. It so beautiful I really was hesitant to share the location. But if you go please leave it the way you find it. I would pay twice the price to book to it again.

Golf trip

This property met our needs well. Clean and convenient. Next door to the Copperhead clubhouse. Could use updated bedding in guest room and carpet but nice enough for a short. Also if there was an option to get an amenity card to use the pool it would be a plus.

Awesome accommodations on a lovely property

Innisbrook is an incredible result with beautiful views, excellent greenery and lots of walkable areas. Brian and his team have an excellent unit on their hands here. Check-in was a breeze, Brian was responsive to our questions, and the unit itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while attending spring training baseball games in the area, and found the people to be friendly, the parking ample, and the building well maintained. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Exceeded our expectations

Amazing. Peaceful, well appointed kitchen, lots of space, fabulous wrap around balcony. Everything clean and fresh, lovely linens on beds with plenty of pillows. Quiet, not a sound from other units. Within walking distance to on-site restaurants and nature preserve, and well situated for trips into town. Brian was a perfect host, concerned but not hovering. Loved every minute of our stay. AND top of the line cookware to make meals in-house a pleasure if you don't want to eat out. Every detail ensured comfort in this condo. A relaxing, totally enjoyable experience!

Golf Getaway

Great condo next door to Copperhead Clubhouse. Only the TV in the living room can get LIVE channels. The other one in a bedroom is ROKU which does not have live TV channels, only streaming. Shower in master bath did not have strong water pressure. Otherwise, very clean and modern with all you need and property manager was excellent with communications and responses.

Disappointing comfort and linens

The size of the unit was very spacious and bright colors. The location was great. All beds and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. Affected our sleep extremely. There was a blood stain on master bed sheet. Towels were horrible. Overall disappointed in unit due to these issues. Would be beneficial to upgrade all those as the unit itself is very nice.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of your stay. We regret you were unable to leave a FIVE STAR review. Most find the beds very comfortable and really enjoy the unit. We go through lots of towels at Innisbrook, unfortunately your group damaged a number of them too. We have resupplied all the towels. The unit is one of the nicest at Innisbrook and is a perfect spot to have a wonderful vacation. We appreciate your feedback and will adjust as necessary to provide the best vacation rentals. Definitely not worth the nightly rate

As we arrived at the property, our checkin was far from smooth. We had to go to three different places to figure out where the apartment was and how we checked in and no one knew what we needed to do and the staff was very rude. I contacted the owner asking for the house number and instead of simply texting back the house number he rudely said look in your contract. We find the house and enter, the first thing you smell is paint. We were touring the home, there were 1 bath towel per bathroom, and our guest count was 4 people. There were one role of used toilet paper role, and the description mentions that they provide towels and a new role of toilet paper. The master bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the shower and on the walls. Wifi was extremely slow and the tv kept turning off on its own. I travel a lot to florida and have stayed at many resorts before and this one by far was not worth the nightly rate at all. You can not use the amenities such as the pool and tennis court unless you are a member, so read the finely printed all the way to the bottom of the description. If you are looking for something more family friendly and more vacation like, I would look elsewhere.

We are saddened that this guest had so much difficulty with what really is a very simple process. Definitely a one off review. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify and respond to a few points in Mr. Zamani's review. First, we send very detailed check in procedure information not once but three times prior to arrival and check in. Building and unit number are on the first page of your rental agreement, in the title of the listing, in the first paragraph of the description and repeated a few times in our correspondence. It is very rare anyone has difficulty with it. It is only necessary to check in through the security gate and go to your unit which is explained in length in our correspondence down to a T. You are booking directly with the owner's agent, not the Innisbrook Resort at 1/3 to half of the price the resort will charge you for a not as nice unit. Second, the description clearly explains the rental is for accomodations only. The pools, resort amenities and the golf courses are private amenitites for those who have purchased memberships at a hefty price for their exclusivity. The pools are open and many go there without a problem. We are required to include the SPECIAL NOTE language you read in our description. Third, this is one of the nicest units at Innisbrook. Directly on the Copperhead Course and the fantastic Packards Steakhouse and bar where Innisbrook will gladly still take your money:) Freshly painted, impeccably renovated, brand new beds, furniture, TV's and on and on. Fourth, we provided this guest with plenty of brand new towels craftily presented on each bed and hung in the bathrooms, starter rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, hand soaps at every sink, laundry and dish wash detergent, etc, etc. Anyone looking for a family friendly, clean, new unit for a relaxing vacation should look no further. This is the place. We look forward to having you stay with us. Brian and Cadie, Florida Sun Vacation Rentals, Palm Harbor, Florida
