My husband and I stayed here in May. We loved the location and the room was great. The only issue we had was the TV, we were unable to get certain stations.

We had a water break the week we were there. They never once reached out to let us know what was happening. We found out from other guest. I know it was out of their control but no communication was just sad. We were there with 8 other baseball families. They rented with someone else and they were offered a free night stay or 2 day reimbursement. After the water was finally turned back on our toilet wouldn’t flush and ran constantly. I reached out they said they would send someone and I didn’t need to be there. I asked if they could just let me know a time frame they said yes then crickets. The man that came had to come twice due to not having the right part. Needless to say we basically went two days without water or a toilet with no compensation like the other families got. I would book with Kim’s condos next time! They also got two beach chairs with their condos where I had to purchase those separately. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and the door in the bedroom to the balcony was very hard to open. Other than that the condo was great!

We picked this condo because if the pools and poolside restaurant. Got here and the pool and bar were closed. Sliding glass door in living room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until the day before we left. No front desk to ask any questions. Everyone we met was complaining about construction noise and dust. Construction noise lasted from 7-7 six days a week with just Sunday off. Chairs and umbrella were included in our rental but we’re told they hadn’t been paid by owner but ended up giving us 2 chairs and umbrella for free. Never knew what gate to go to to get on and off beach as they kept closing them and directing you to another tower. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed as it is a great location

PCB short vacation

The Long Beach Resort condo was really nice. The balcony was really big and spacious. The only issue we had was the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and the couch was uncomfortable also.

Laguna Resort tower lll

We had a great time! Our room was cleaned but did not smell fresh, overall a great experience and a beautiful view from the balcony, super fast elevators and the outside property and very nice. Would stay again!

We love longbeach

Longbeach Resort has been a favorite of ours for years now. The views from the balcony with access from both the bedroom and living area are unlike any we’ve seen anywhere and the ease of beach access is also very important to us. This unit was clean, and worked nicely for me and my husband.

Great location

Room was okay for just my 18 year old daughter and I. Bathroom had a musty smell. Couple of dresser drawers were broken. Beds weren't the most comfortable. Only 1 kitchen towel. The place could be updated but the resort is beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

Be careful when booking with Southern Vacations

Let me start by saying I've owned a 2-bedroom unit in Tower II of this complex since 1998 so there isn't much we don't know about Long Beach Resort. We had a lot of family in town and decided this unit was a good mix of price and sleeping arrangements to accommodate our overflow crowd. The condo unit we booked was clean and appeared as advertised, however, on day 3 of our stay the power was shut off to our unit because the utility bill was not paid. When we called Southern Vacay guest relations (off shore call center) the number was busy and we had to call back repeatedly. When we finally got to an agent we were told storms in the area caused the outage but we had already contacted the utility company and they confirmed the bill was delinquent. To remedy the situation Southern Vacations moved us to another unit in a different tower and here is where the problems started. My family had to pack their belongings, in wet bathing suits no less, and move an entire building over to another unit. When we got there the door code was incorrect which prompted another call to the SV call center... and another round of busy signals. We finally got the code changed and opened the door to a unit that looked like it had the original decorations from the 90's, very dirty vents, and overall much worse than the original unit. This unit had one queen bed + sofa bed vs. two beds in our other unit. The sofa was so bad it required us to purchase an air mattress. Because we were moved so quickly I guess Southern Vacations failed to update our booking with the new unit number and that lead to the next set of problems. We came back up from the beach and the door code had 'rolled' to a new code as the unit was supposed to be unoccupied. Another call to the SV call center, another round of busy signals and finally an updated door code. THIS HAPPENEND TWO MORE TIMES!! Clearly Southern Vacations needs to train their call center to update booking reservations when something like this happens, it made for a terrible experience. Full disclosure, as owners in this complex we know the perils of renting our unit both with a management company and on our own. Our current managers are local and take a lot of pride in managing the expectations of both the owner and, more importantly, the guests renting our unit. I can tell SV has grown too big to care about something like this so I don't expect much. We received an 8% refund on our stay...oh well!!

Great fall getaway

Condo was clean and great location! Beautiful view of beach on this 6th floor. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. Front door is rusty and needs repainted. We were surprised that front gate to resort was open without security most of the time.

Another great vacay in the books at Long Beach

We choose Long Beach for vacation every year for many reasons. Every rental has always been clean, staff are helpful if needed, NO long waits for the elevator, clean pools, AWESOME poolside bar/grill, close to banana boat and jet ski rentals (and they are super nice as well!!) Even the other guest are super nice. This is our go to home away from home and will be for many years to come : ) The Bradley's

Long Beach is always great.

This property is always preferred by me. Parking is so easy and there are 4 towers and 3 large pools. Staff is always friendly and they care about your safety.
