Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, close to beach, close to restaurants and easy to navigate. Everything was great and would stay again.

Wish it was better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started in a different building but were moved due to mold on/in/around the air ducts. In addition, the floors were filthy in the original room- our youngest’s feet were black. The manager on duty was great in addressing our concerns and was able to move us quickly. They are doing a lot of upgrades, however the upgrades are poorly done unfortunately. We really wanted to love our stay, but short of fabulous management, the stay fell short of our expectations.

The location to crescent beach is great! The condo was good overall a few minor hiccups. The Beach Club is really good property. Free trolly can take you to the village or Siest beach. A few bar’s right near the condo.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the pool which was helpful with small children. The beach was a 3-5 min walk so no big deal and we easily went back and forth each day. Walking distance to shops and restaurants which was helpful. The place was clean and worked well for us. Would stay again.

Relaxing stay

This property was an excellent choice for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A top choice on our list!

Exactly what we needed

Nice place, great location.

Would stay again. Walking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. Near trolley stop to take you to the village. Beautiful unit overlooking the pool and hot tub.

The best

So close to private beach access, pool was clean and well kept. Loved that they had pool noodles and beach chairs available. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! Can't wait to go back!

Nice location - Clean - Easy check in & out .

Excellent location with easy short walk to the beach . Pool area and grilles were very nice . Beds could use upgrade for me with a bad back , but everything else inside was nice well kept and as clean as can be expected as rentals usually gets used pretty hard . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and definitely recommend this stay to others .

This is my second stay at this property & I anticipate many more in the future… a great no stress get away & so close to everything! Sandcastle competition at Sanibel beach was amazing a must do EVERY year❤️
