Guests have access to the entire home.Other things to note
Pool may be heated for additional $100 per day or $500 per week.
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.
Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.
No local bookings without 3.5 star reviews or approval from host.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance. This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive parties will be tolerated.
