Great stay

Upon arrival we punched in code to enter the property. I really liked that there was no outside vehicle or foot traffic on the property. It gave us a safe secure felling. We entered the unit which was really nicely decorated. It was super clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed and wanted. The private patio was great to sit on and watch the sun come up and cool and shady in the evening. We were a party of 5 adults and had plenty of space. We will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The pool was nice and it’s just a short walk across the street to the beach. The location was excellent. The host answered any questions and was very helpful thank you

Perfect

The unit was clean and well stocked. Loved the proximity to the pool and the short walk to the beach. First floor unit makes it super convenient. Perfect stay!

Perfect!

Perfect location. Immediate access to the beach. Walking distance to the store. Layout was exactly what we needed! Laundry is a BIG deal with 7 in our family and two of them in tournaments . We literally had to dry our clothes all over the condo. The only frustration was the dryer. Communication was quick! Repairman was sent out next morning...Wow! However, no real solution. Everything else was GREAT!

We’d stay here again!

Clean and convenient to the beach. Only downfall is the back yard seating area. However, we just sat at the pool.

Great Property and Location!

I absolutely loved this stay. It is about a block and a half from the beach which is the perfect location. The condo itself was super clean and in excellent condition.

Great place! - doesn’t sleep 8

Condo was beautiful, great location and had plenty of beach accessories to utilize. Would definitely recommend. Only downside, it did not sleep 8. Slept 7 and that was with 3 adults in one of the queen beds.

Very nice condo in excellent condition. The kitchen has many supplies. There were chairs and toys to take to the beach. The beach is right across the street. The pool and hot tub area is clean and well-maintained. A+++

Great family vacation

Clean, roomy, easy beach access. We traveled with adult children and this was perfect. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen.

Short Walk to Beach!

The location can't be beat! It's far enough off the road to be completely quiet at night, but is just a short walk to the beach. The unit is on the bottom floor so you simply walk across the street to beach access. (If you need handicap beach access (without all the steps), you can walk up the road to the ramp access). Super convenient for when the baby needs a nap and the rest of the kids want to stay at the beach. The unit was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The parking space it right in front of the unit so loading and unloading is easy. There are two grocery stores within 3 miles and a beach store with anything you need or want right next door. My family from an inland state stocked up with masks/snorkels, flip flops and coverups. I brought a beach umbrella, but we used the canopy provided one day for even more shade coverage. We didn't need to park a 2nd car, but the extra paid parking lot is a short walk down a road with little traffic. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet, but has lots of drawers. The closets in the other two bedrooms have plenty of hangers and room to share. There was laundry soap in the closet next to the washer that I didn't see until after we bought some so check there first. There's not a lot of comfortable seating in the living room, but even when playing games on a rainy afternoon, it wasn't an issue. We did hear some walking on the floor above, but only in the living room, not the bedrooms. Highly recommend!

Vacation

Overall the stay was ok. The kitchen was nicely stocked which was wonderful. The negatives were the back door not locking which wasnt a big deal except this was an issue when trying to coll down the unit. The small and I meam small pool was,directly outside the door but the pool and hottub stayed crowded which is not the owner's fault at all. We did reach out to the owmer immediately upon arrival because the air would not go below 76 or 74. This was a hige discomfort since my son was playong in a baseball tournament so even when we,came back to the room it was still hot. The master bedroom bed was the worst bed we've ever slept on. Owner needs to invest in new bedding. And new mattesses for the bunk beds which were so hard my 12 year old slept on the couch. The worst part was seeing roaches. I know its the beach and bugs are around but there were multiple times we saw and killed roaches. Overall it was a decent stay but next time we will look elsewhere and spend the money to be comfortable.
