Went on a girls trip thinking hurricane Isaias was gonna pass us by! But unfortunately it didn’t! Not only was the host very helpful but he updated me on the hurricane situation that I didn’t know about!! We got to spent one night there and the host was gracious enough to refund the rest of our trip! Thank you! We will definitely stay again!

It was a good stay until the last night when the AC went out! Well stocked with beach needs such as umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, etc. The beach access was directly across the street. Tropical Storm Bertha limited our beach time but still managed to have fun!!

Thanks so much! I hate that happened final night of your stay. The tech came next am and was a ground wire which was fixed quickly. Hope you had a safe trip home and come back next year with better weather!

The unit is very nice and is described well in the listing. Dryer needs updated. It doesn’t dry towels very well. A few items in the unit need fixed. Overall we were satisfied with the unit.

Location perfect for us. Kitchen lacking drinking glasses and linens. Not suitable for 4 adults as second bedroom bed not usable. Our second couple found a nice mattress in the bunk bedroom. Over all, beautiful pool and first floor access appreciated!

The location is great. The host should provide some basic supplies to assist with keeping the house clean while people rent it. I.E. Vacuum, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, trash bags. The kitchen sink is tiny and hard to use. The hot water never worked at the kitchen sink. The mattresses are broke in and need to be replaced. There is only 1 love seat in the family room. I recommend a large couch to be provided and 2 recliners. The beach was great and plenty of entertainment is close by.

Jim, Thanks for your stay. We have address the 'smaller items' mentioned and are looking into the changes for after this season! The kitchen sink is standard size (double) but sorry it was too small for you. Thank you for your stay and review.

The condo was clean for the most part. Access was about 5 minute walk to the beach. Negatives: Bed was hard a break. Stove door was broken Back door off limits (with all beach stuff) Biggest issue! Visible mold in room. Tried to contact host about switching units or a refund. He response “that’s next on the list”

Chyanna, I was not able to get to the unit and we don't have another one to swap you to so apologies for that. The leak that caused the thin film had been taken care of a while back and we were unaware of this. It has all been taken care of now. Thank you for your stay.

Great Property and Location!

I absolutely loved this stay. It is about a block and a half from the beach which is the perfect location. The condo itself was super clean and in excellent condition.

Thanks for the feedback! Although I told you before you even arrived that the unit had just recently been sprayed. They are under control by now. It’s that heat transition time of year unfortunately in Florida.
