Excellent Main Street location, just a block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift, this beautiful condo sleeps up to 4! One parking space is also provided. Just out your door is walking distance access to the action on Main Street including restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Or, you can hop on the free town shuttle to go to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually all the Park City area's renowned activities and attractions.

The bedroom has a queen bed and its own TV. A sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two additional guests. There's a full bath convenient to the bedroom and living area.

The full kitchen has all you need to cook for and serve family and friends and the dining area graciously seats 6. The living room area features comfortable, stylish furniture around the wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV making it the perfect place to relax together after the day's adventures. Step out onto the balcony for fresh mountain air and views.

Park Station's recently renovated pool and outdoor common areas offer an inviting space to relax, play, and gather. Enjoy a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, three poolside cabanas, four gas grills beneath covered outdoor dining areas, and a cozy gas fire pit. Guests can also enjoy bocce ball, horseshoes, and a putting green. The pool and hot tubs are fully open in the summer and winter seasons. Additionally, there is an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, an elevator, a laundry facility, and parking for one car.

Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

Loved the spacious living room and kitchen! Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well supplied although there are no spices. Love the new pool area with 2 jacuzzi’s where it’s fun to talk to other people about skiing. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex so no need to drive and the cute town of Park City is so close and walkable. Management is responsive. I gave it a 4 Star because the furnace in the unit seems loud and blows air even when it’s turned off.

Perfect location

Perfect location to town lift for snowboarding. Right near all to offer on Main Street.. Clean unit. Plenty of firewood.

Great location.

A little outdated but great location. Parking with a large pickup is limited as I could not pass through the garage to the larger parking lot.

Perfect location!

Everything was wonderful and the location was easy walking distance to everything. I gave the “cleaning” four stars instead of five because the coffee table had chunks of dirt on it when we arrived. Other than that, everything was super clean. Great balcony too.

Overall, things were okay. The place was clean and offered a great location to most of what you'd want to do in Park City. The pool and hot tub were great!There were two pretty large issues that occurred the first 2 days of my 4 day stay. Check in was at 4 and I arrived after 5 only to be met with a dead keypad, so I was unable to get into the condo. I had to wait outside for 30 minutes waiting for maintenance to get there to allow me to get into the condo. There was an apology, but no attempt to make it right otherwise. A couple of hours after check-in, I realized the AC wasn't working. So, I contacted the host and let them know. By the time we understood the AC wasn't working they told us it was too late for maintenance to come by and that we "can just open the windows because it will be cool outside". The blinds were inside the windows, so if I was to open the windows I would be letting in light and noise. Completely defeats the purpose and a terrible "solution" to someone who is paying you money to utilize your rental.My main frustration is 2 pretty significant issues occurred and the only thing offered was an apology. An entire first day and night without AC and almost 2 hour delay on check-in. I would recommend staying here strictly for the location and this would certainly be a 5-star stay if my issues were handled more professionally and appropriately.

While we always try to ensure that everything is working properly in our rental properties, especially the electronic locks and A/C, but sometimes things stop working without notice. We do our very best to respond appropriately and get things back up and working as quickly as possible. Dad and Daughter Ski Trip

Flew to Park City from New York to get in a quick end of season Ski Trip. Arrived at PC at 11:30 and dropped luggage off at the Management Office (very easy and convenient), got ski clothes on, walked 100 yards to the Town Lift, and we were skiing by 12:30. Condo was literally a block away from Main Street—yes, a true 2 minute walk to beginning of Main and Town Ski Lift. Perfect location!!! Condo was as advertised, clean and plenty of room for daughter and I in our 1 Bedroom. I took the Bedroom, she took the pull-out Couch in the Den. I paid for the trip, after all. I think the bed could use a new Mattress, and the pull-out would suffice only for children—mattress didn’t look too comfortable—my 15 year old daughter didn’t complain. Bathroom was fine and kitchen very nice. We didn’t use the Terrace since it was cold and snowy during our stay—we lucked out. I would definitely recommend this place for a Couple. The cost for our dates (3/29-4/2/24) was really reasonable, especially considering the amazing location.

Perfect Space

Easy, clean, spacious, had just what we needed, instructions were clear. It poured and snowed, so we made use of the fireplace. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Outstanding location

This place was exactly what I was looking for and the location was even better Upscale building and condo. A block from old town Park City - lots of shops restaurants and bars . On site parking and near shuttle to other parts of city. Great place to relax for a few days

Short Getaway

Perfect location to get to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Very quiet and my view was great! There were two reasons I had booked this place, close to downtown and it had a pool. I was disappointed that the pool was not able to be used because of a pipe issue. Two Very Hot days and no pool! I understand things happen, but it was disappointing! I gave a 3 stars for cleanliness not because of the condition of the condo itself, that was fine, it was the condition of the balcony. A wasp nest hung over the table that left droppings everywhere. I removed the nest, cleaned and disinfected the table so it could be used. There was leftover wood and wood shavings were piled in the corner, which is not a big deal, but it could have been cleaned to look more presentable. Overall my stay was great, I got to see family that lives in the area, shopped in the cutest stores, dined in great places and even played bar bingo at The Cabin. Fun Fun Fun!

We had the one bedroom which was great for the two of us. Very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. Location was fantastic especially for us skiers. Few minutes to the town lift and places to rent equipment. Bus service to the grocery store. Only complaint was a fairly noisy ac unit.

Great service and stay!!

Amazing location! Great service. The place was as advertised and clean when we arrived. Only a block away from the town ski lift. We were stuck in Utah because of the Texas winter storm, and management was quick to accommodate us for additional days. Overall great experience and highly recommend!!
