Property just as described. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Centralized location so it's easy to get around. Loved having a pool all to ourselves. Justin was quick to respond anytime I reached out to him. Will definitely stay again if we get back to the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and the private pool was perfect after long days at the ball fields.The location was ideal—close to the fields for Nationals and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was great. A true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was in a great area close to everything. It was clean, pretty and mostly fun. My kids enjoyed the pool to the max. Water from the pool was clean. The grass was cut. Overall great place to stay.

Very nice property! Great location and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and yard is beautifully maintained. Host was kind and very attentive. He checked in with us to see if we got in okay and needed anything. We really appreciated that!

Good stay..Great pool, updated main areas..bathrooms dated, but extremely clean in all areas. Nice area..quiet, but close to everything. Fenced in yard for our dog was great. Excellent air conditioner! Beds a little hard, but that’s personal preference. Communication with host wonderful. Could use some more utensils and plates, etc, but didn’t affect stay. We stayed in May for 10 days. Loved the pool, but no loungers fyi. We brought floating loungers and they worked fine. All in all, excellent stay!

This was the first time I have traveled with these family members. So I hoped everyone did their part to maintain this rental. We loved the house and especially the pool. Although it rained quite a bit, we were still able to swim. The house was lovely. We had enough room for the 5 adults. There were chairs we used at the beach. Our Florida family came over to swim and just hang out. I would recommend this host and house for families. After checking out, his housekeeper found two sweatshirts. Our host, Justin, reached out to me. As we were still in the area boating, we were able to retrieve them. I think most people would have just tossed them. Thank you Justin, it was a fun time.

This house was perfect for what we wanted! Had everything you could need. The pool is big and was a favorite for us. A short drive to the beach as well. The host is very responsive and we would recommend this place to anyone! Especially families!

Third time is a REAL CHARM

This is our third time staying and as always had a wonderful time. I made sure I booked early just so we could stay here. Justin is a great host and very accommodating. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality.

Nice clean roomy house with awesome pool, close to beach and stores, a short drive to Destin, miramur beach and an hour from pensacola. Quiet neighborhood, we had a great stay!!!

Very Nice

Very clean, very nice, recently remodeled, and well furnished with everything you need. Very good location on a quiet street just minutes away from everything. The backyard is beautiful and the pool is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was a great rental. Justin was so great to work with. We had no problems and it is located in a very quite neighborhood. Short distance to restaurants and shopping!

Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for our week stay! It’s very spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The house is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood close to dining, attractions, and the beach. We loved having the pool available when we didn’t want to go to the beach.
