Welcome to Sunny Brook! Located in a forest of Mountain Laurels and Rhododendrons, this cozy creek side cabin invites both adventures and relaxation. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, just 5 miles from Pisgah National Forest and Davidson River Campground, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Brevard. The cities of Hendersonville and Ashville are easy drives. Dupont State Forest, which has many hiking trails for the whole family, is 13 miles away.

Sunny Brook has the capacity to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, and has a king sized bed and full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a cozy loft that overlooks the main den, and has 2 twin XL beds. There are also 2 more bedrooms upstairs, with one having a king sized bed, and the other bedroom having 2 queen sized beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well.

On the lower level of the cabin, you will be delighted to see a comfortable second den that has 2 twin XL custom built in beds. Each has its own private space, with an outlet, fan and light. Two sets of sliding glass doors showcase the beautiful wooded lot. A Smart TV makes this den as cozy as home.

The main level has an open and spacious den with a vaulted ceiling. The whole family will have a comfortable place to sit and lounge on the sectional sofa, 2 recliners and 2 rocking chairs. Glass doors and windows showcase the surrounding trees on the property. A Smart TV and DVD player with movies is there to access your favorite movies and shows when you're ready to sit and chill.

The kitchen is open to the den, and with the grocery store being nearby, it is easy to bring the groceries in and cook a meal. You can enjoy the eating area that has a table seating 8. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine and Keurig.

Off of the eating area, the sliding glass doors open up to an eclectic and comfy screened in porch. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine, the space has seating for 9. At night, the string lights add extra ambiance.

Speaking of ambiance, the huge deck off of the screened porch and den is perfect for grilling out, sitting in the rocking chairs and listening to the flowing creek and smelling the sweet mountain air. You can also enjoy a meal around the table. At night, the string lights add extra light under the moonlight.

Making Smore's and roasting marshmallows is easy when you have 2 firepits to choose from! A large one sits near the creek in the front yard, and is surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs.
The smaller fire pit is in the backyard and has natural logs for seating.

The creek runs in the front yard and wraps around the side of the property. It's perfect for catching tadpoles and wading. Cross the bridge, and you can follow the trail from the backyard to discover a neighborhood walking trail. The waterfall is a short walk away.
