Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the location, home, and lanai made for an enjoyable stay overall. When the cooling issue was reported, our team was on-site that same morning and worked to restore it as quickly as the repair allowed; we appreciate your patience throughout. On the interior, our team offered to send housekeeping during your stay, especially given the high winds that week; you kindly let us know it wasn't needed and passed it along as a note for the next guest—we took that to heart. We hope the overall experience reflected the standard we hold for every stay, and we’d love to welcome you back with Gather anytime your travels bring you to Hawaii again.

Thank you! We truly appreciate you sharing this and are so glad everything felt smooth and well-supported from start to finish. It’s wonderful to hear the home lived up to expectations and that the location and easy access around the area made your stay even more enjoyable. We’d love to welcome you back again with Gather anytime.
