If you are looking for a charming beach getaway, look no further! Dunes #105 is your very own tropical escape. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this updated condo is perfect for couples, families or a small group of friends. The Main bedroom, located off the living room, is equipped with a Queen and Twin size trundle beds and a flat screen TV. Attached is a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two Full beds and a flat screen TV. An additional full bathroom is shared between the guest room and common areas. The bathroom also features a walk in shower.

The spacious living room has ample seating around a flat screen TV and has an open concept layout with the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The patio features an outdoor table as well, which is ideal for enjoying the beautiful island breeze under the shade! The property also comes with a washer and dryer for guest use, Wifi internet and cable.

Take a refreshing dip in the community pool or layback poolside to soak up the warm South Padre Island sun. Walk to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and the beach within minutes! Dunes Condominiums is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach!

Every stay at Dunes #105 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
