Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink, or cook up your favorite meal in our fully stocked upgraded kitchen. When the sun goes down, watch the sunsets or Summer night fireworks just outside your front.

Perfect space for the whole family to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views beach & ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, or comfortable chairs. In the evening relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. Large pantry to fill with your favorite foods. Dining table fits 4 guests comfortably, with additional seats at the bar counter.

In the master bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, while snug under the covers of the king size bed. Ample storage for your belongings in the dressers and closet. Additional amenities are flat screen TV with live cable tv.

The beautiful guest bedroom is roomy and boasts 2 queen size beds. Perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and read a book.

Ocean Vista Towers offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable tv, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, 2 pools (large and kids pool), small cardio room, palapa area and gated parking have been provided for your enjoyment. In the evening unwind in the hot tub as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

We strongly encourage that you purchase adequate trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

We stay in this Condo every chance we can for our post Summer visit. The beauty of the ocean is enjoyable upon opening the door to departure. The owners and property management are friendly and readily available. The condo is clean, well appointed with all items you need, high end furnishings, and is close to everything while away from the party area. We love the condo and return yearly! TY for the great visit!!

Ocean Vista Towers 4th stay

This is a beautiful unit with views to die for, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the Ocean Vista Towers and this unit for your stay. We were saddened to find out upon arrival that the pool, hot tub and tennis courts were all closed for remodeling but the condo management did their best to make amends for a situation out of their control. Coco Beach Club next door was kind enough to let us use their pool and they were great to rent chairs and umbrellas from. When the amenity remodels are complete this will be a dreamy place to stay!!!!

Beautiful Decor and Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautifully decorated home. We enjoyed coffee overlooking the ocean and beach below every morning. Then, we walked to great sunset bars and restaurants every night. This is an excellent location for those that prefer to walk rather than drive to shops and restaurants. New pool and new tennis courts are being completed as well!

Great Family Vacay

We had a fantastic stay over Easter with our family. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach and pool are wonderful. We will be back!

Beautiful view, well kept complex

Our family stayed here and the condo had a wonderful view and was situated in a well kept complex. We had a good stay, but unfortunately communication at the complex wasn’t great. There are a few people involved regarding picking up parking permits, wrist bands, entry codes, etc. When we arrived our code didn’t work to enter the parking gate to the complex. Someone staying there let us in and told us their code. The manager’s office onsite was empty with a sign saying to call, I called multiple times and no answer, I texted and no answer. Others were arriving and had the same experience. We ran into security and they were helpful and able to get a hold of manager on site. We finaeverythin hours.

Perfect location

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We were two couples that wanted a beachfront location. Our condo had a beautiful view of the water, easy access to the pool and to the beach. Walking access to multiple restaurants, the liquor store, several bars, a large grocery store, and of course a ice cream store. The condo itself was clean and mostly well stocked. We had to buy ourselves a couple boxes of tissues and ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly, but the easy access to the grocery store helped to resolve that. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future trips to the island.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Great amenities, loved that everything was within walking distance-restaurants, shopping and groceries. We bought an umbrella and kept it there for other guests, since the loungers out in front of condo on the beach are for the “owners only”. Condo was decorated nicely and the washer/dryer came in handy. It was nice having a king bed although the mattress was very soft and frame very noisy. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we would recommend.

The location of the property is perfect. walking distance to several great restaurants. The property is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. And the view from the balcony is wonderful and also large enough to hold a group.

Great 50th!

I want to echo prior reviews - this is a wonderful place to stay. Our 1st time in SPI, but not our last. We celebrated our 50th - perhaps our 51st next year - in this property. The condo was precisely as listed. It was clean and comfortable. The pools were nice, and it was a quick walk to the beach. It's also within walking distance of a number of good places to eat. Our interaction with management was great - and they resolved every question we had. The only negative was the tennis court. We brought pickleball paddles for exercise, but the tennis court is in lousy shape - but this doesn't reflect on the condo itself. We will definitely look forward to another stay here. You can't go wrong.
