Lovely cabin with lots of charm. Location to town dining and shopping is great. There is a creek behind the property, but you can’t really see it.

Over the last 30 years we have stayed in Crested Butte 12-15 times in perhaps 7-10 different places. Sometimes we needed larger accommodations because we had a larger group. This time it was just my wife and me. This was was perfect. We had two adult friends stay with us one night and the twin beds upstairs with their private bath was perfect. The location is one of the best in Crested Butte…a 1-3 block walk to multiple restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again.

Adorable cottage

We loved this cute home! It was absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend in crested butte. Location was excellent since it was so close to downtown and easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Great location short walk to Elk Avd

Great stay! Property had an abundance of bed linens bath towels, soaps and they even left coffee for us. There wasn’t really any cleaning supplies on hand but overall an excels t property.

Crested Butte log cabin stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spacious cabin. The amenities in the cabin were just right. The back yard next to the creek is especially nice. The restaurants and shops on Elk Ave are a very short walk with no need to bother with parking. It’s a great place.

Location Location Location

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The adults did not ski which made the proximity to the mountain shuttle (about a block) easy for the skiers to come and go as they please. It was a short walk to Elk street which made dining and shopping a breeze. The kitchen was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Great Winter Getaway

Great stay. Great folks to deal with. Our only negative was the living room furniture (couch mostly). Seemed a bit worn. Also, water pressure was low.

Very comfortable and excellent location

This cabin was a wonderful place for us for our annual ski trip. We really enjoyed the spacious living area and kitchen. The location is hard to beat - less than a 5 minute walk to the mountain shuttle and downtown. The fireplace with gas logs was perfect for a quick warm-up in the morning. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the glassware, cookware, linens and pillows. Yeti Properties did a great job of promptly responding to any questions or concerns - I'll be looking for properties managed by them in the future.

Love this rental

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this property. We love it. Great location in a quiet section of town where you can go through the back yard and be on Elk Ave! My only comment would be that it needs a deep clean. Lamps and ceiling fans were dusty and some light bulbs needed to be replaced.

It’s a great house. Very cozy and in the perfect location. The communication with the management company was not the best. We asked for an hour earlier check in and received an answer too late. Also the management company asked us to register our cars with the town and said it was easy, which it was not. The result was daily or twice daily emails to us from the town asking for more and more information about our “residency”. I’m not sure contacting the town was even necessary. The light going up the stairs needs replacing.

Wonderful experience!

This fully restored historic cabin is simply beautiful. In addition to being incredibly charming with hand-hewn logs and beautiful wide planked wood floors it is also full of modern comforts. The kitchen is gorgeous and the gas range was fantastic, plus plenty of counter space for cooking. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet corner of downtown CB close to the road that leads to Lake Irwin yet walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market on Sunday that was held only a block away. The property manager was just wonderful! He responded quickly to any questions I had and took the time to explain the history of the cabin to my husband. I can’t forget to mention the yard! Adjacent to the house is a fully fenced yard that made this trip so easy with two small dogs. Also, after a long day of hiking we enjoyed sitting in Adirondack chairs in the yard listening to the sounds of the creek that runs near by. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this spot is! Will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we've rented this house. It's a really charming log cabin style house in a great location - easy walk to main street restaurants and shops and organic natural grocery store. Primary bedroom suite is great - comfortable bed and spacious room. Upstairs bedroom was perfect for the kids. We love this little house.
