One of the very best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed ay lots of them. Great friendly host and family. Very roomy townhouse with hot tub, short walk to coffee and brewery. 10 minute drive to downtown Crested Butte. Easy driving to lots of hiking trails, which we took advantage of every day. Well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. We’ll be back!

really great property with lovely views, fabulous hot tub and a responsive host. kitchen was decently supplied and offered both a coffee maker and a keurig. Primary bedroom has a super comfy bed. minutes to downtown by car and a quiet neighborhood. would book again.

This home was perfect for our family gathering - it is in a beautiful and peaceful location not too far from downtown Crested Butte. We appreciated having a pack and play and glider rocker for our 3 month old grandson and it was nice to have plenty of room for us to gather together for meals and games. The communication with our host was great - we enjoyed meeting him and he gave us great recommendations for hiking in the area as well as other activities. Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful for our girls group. We flew into Gunnison – Crested Butte Regional Airport, which is about 30 minutes away. We had an amazing time, and the house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. We especially loved that there were bedrooms for all of us in our group of 4 and the open concept of the kitchen and living room made enjoying each others company that much more enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable. The sheets were soft and cozy against your skin. The host had all the items you would need, like soap, shampoo, laundry and dish soap, spices, cutting boards, good sharp knives etc. The host lives next door, which was very reassuring and they gave us the privacy that we needed as well. We had great communication and hospitality. We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!

We absolutely loved this house! The views were breathtaking and one of our favorite parts of the stay. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out, relax, and spend quality time together. We enjoyed playing board games in the evenings and soaking in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful scenery. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for making family memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved staying at this vrbo during a family/friends short ski trip vacation. The vrbo was clean, and had almost everything we needed. Additionally, this vrbo location is 10-15 minutes away from Creste Butte Mountain Resort, but there's a shuttle that can take to the resort easily you need more flexibility. Lastly, the host was great and really appreciated the communication once we arrived in Creste Butte!

Gregg and family were excellent hosts with a well cared for property! Great attention to detail throughout the house, inside and out. Crested Butte is a sweet little town that is easy to navigate with tons of fun things to keep you busy. We highly recommend the house and we hope to return!

Booked this unit and had a tremendous stay. 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, can sleep a lot. Just down the street is the main shuttle pickup for easy transport to ski resort / town whatever you need. Great home. Two outside spaces, hot tub, bbq grill, firepit, gas range kitchen with all the needed items. Fantastic stay. Greg the host is tremendous and was greatly accessible. Had a great time in Created Butte! The dining and downtown area exceeded expectations. Great little mountain town and a wonderful home to experience it from.

Greg was extremely helpful and communicative. The check in process was great and we had everything that we needed for a great stay. It was very family friendly. The hot tub was clean and had amazing views of the stars. Greg greeted us and provided a great list of hikes and activities he recommended. When we were leaving, our vehicle needed oil. There wasn’t anywhere in our direction of travel that was convenient to make a stop. Greg gave us a quart from his garage!

From the kitchen to the bathrooms, the house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The décor and layout make it feel both welcoming and spacious, with plenty of little touches that made us feel right at home. It's definitely great for those that have a big family.Check-in was seamless, with clear communication every step of the way. Greg went above and beyond as a host—he not only provided great local recommendations for things to do in Crested Butte but also made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway. We’re already looking forward to returning!

SUCH an amazing experience!

This place is located minutes from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The property itself is stunning, new and artfully decorated with epic views. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we had a great time cooking here. We ate on the deck every day. Coffee on the deck in the mornings was our fave.Our fisherman ventured out every day and were successful just 30 minutes away.Six of us stayed with a bathroom for each set of guests. We could have easily fit in more people! Gregg is a fabulous and attentive host with a quick response time. We are already dreaming about coming back!!

This place blew us away. The host was incredible—communicative, thoughtful, and made sure everything was dialed before we even arrived. The home itself? Spotless. Not a fingerprint out of place. The fit and finish were top-notch—everything felt brand new and well-designed, with real attention to detail.The views? Unreal. Straight out of a postcard. We spent every chance we had on the back deck soaking it all in, and the hot tub was actually hot—a rarity and a serious win after a day of riding.With two separate living rooms, the house gave everyone space to relax without being on top of each other. Plenty of room for our entire crew, and we all had privacy when we wanted it.Best part? We literally unloaded and rode straight to Cement Creek from the property. No trailer hassle, no wasted time—just fire up and go.This spot checked every box and then some. We’re already talking about our next stay. Don’t hesitate—book it.

This property was ideal for our group. The downstairs bedroom and living area was a nice surprise. Gregg was very accommodating and great communicator. Would stay here again as we all enjoyed our time there.

We loved the house the minute we stepped through the door. The kitchen was fully equipped, so fixing dinners was easy. We loved the flow of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Keeping us all close. The hot tub was a bonus, star gazing was pretty spectacular as well as the sunsets. All the bathrooms were fully equipped with hair dryer, makeup face clothes, shampoo etc. All the little attention to detail separate this home from the pack. The welcoming bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will be back! Extremely happy quests

We had an amazing time in this great, kid-friendly neighborhood! Gregg was an amazing host and great resource. The house had everything you could possibly need, was clean and very comfortable. Crested Butte is THE place to go for mountain biking and the locals provide excellent customer service as well.
