This was a delightful unit and completely stocked including chairs, umbrella and more. Perfect location to walk to 5th avenue shops and restaurants in one direction and the beautiful beach in the other.

Great spot in Naples for family! Place had beach chairs available, a sand pail/shovel, and two beach towels (so maybe pack a couple extra in your suitcase). The unit was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having the washer/dryer was awesome too. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here. The space is well thought out, incredibly clean, and comfortable. We loved the proximity to everything and the friendliness of the neighbors

Everything about this property and location was perfect! Walkable to 5th street, the beach and Old Naples. We will be returning not soon enough!

Wonderful Location!

It was a wonderful trip to Naples! Communication with the property manager was great, even considering it was over the holidays. The condo is great! Recently remodeled and less than 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect!

My friends and I liked that it was close to downtown, Tin City and 2 blocks from the beach. It was nicely decorated and the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Only downside was They said wi-fi was available but none of us could get on and they never fixed it while we were there.

Girls’ Mini-Vacation

The location is perfect- quiet residential neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach or shops/restaurants. The unit was modern, clean and fully equipped to make our stay feel like we were at home. One bit of feedback: maybe provide more hooks for drying towels and swimsuits. Also the air fresheners were a little strong so we unplugged them while we were there. Minor things. We loved our stay!

Wonderful property!

Two friends on a girls’ trip stayed at this adorable unit in Naples and were delighted with (almost) every aspect! This property is ideally located between the beach and Fifth Avenue, easy walk to either, in a safe and attractive neighborhood. The pool area was perfect for afternoon siestas. The unit itself had everything we could have wanted and was decorated so nicely. We could have stayed forever! (The only incident was the key pad losing battery power on our last night, but I suspect the owners/managers won’t let that happen again!). Thank you!

There is no hot tub, which is advertised, so don't be fooled by that as I was. Also we had to go shopping on the first day to purchase hand soap for 3 sinks, kitchen trash bags and toilet paper as the amounts left at the start of a one week stay were insufficient even for one day. The only reason for more than one star is that location was great and place was clean. The listing also says max of 6 people but please be forewarned there is absolutely no way to fit 6 people here, as it is a very cramped space w/ beds for 4. The sofa in the combined LR/kitchen is not a sleeper sofa.

Nice, but…

The condo and location are excellent. However, communication with the owner was suboptimal. I sent an email in the day of my arrival that was never responded to. Some recommendations that would make this a 5 star, 2 ply toilet paper, label lights, instructions for wifi and TV, hand soap in master bathroom, light on entry key oad,umbrella and ropes

Thank you for your feedback, Shelley. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and location. However, I’d like to address some of the concerns you raised for clarity: The email you mentioned was never received, and I would kindly ask that claims in reviews be accurate. Instructions for WiFi and the TV are clearly outlined in the welcome book provided in the condo. Hand soap is hanging on the wall in the master bathroom for your convenience. Umbrella and beach equipment are stored in the hall closet, as also stated in the welcome book. Regarding the outside lighting, this is a shared condo building, and such decisions are managed by the board. Unfortunately, this is not something I have control over. Additionally, I’d like to note that the lighting complaint seems to stem from a lockout incident caused by entering an incorrect keypad code. I understand this was a frustrating experience, but I believe accountability in such situations is important. I always strive to provide a great experience for my guests and appreciate constructive feedback. I wish you all the best.

Not so user friendly

The location is terrific. The unit very nice. Check-in a bit too late as most flights get in much earlier than 4pm. Unless you are completely adept with electronics, the entertainment/TV situation was difficult to navigate with no "cheat sheets". Batteries missing from remote. Not being able to control the internal climate was not good. Bring your own detergent for washing. A sink was so clogged that it couldn't be run for more than 30 seconds. Couldn't reach my agent on Saturday or Sunday. There should be backup for that service.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment

First, i have to say the apartment blew us away. Very well mantain. Super clean, very modern, all equipment up to date. , kitchen aNd bathrooms all updated. We felt we were home. The best part is the location. Walking distance to the beach and 5th ave restaurants. We had a blast!! Recommend 100%. The host always very responsive and available for any problems!!

Great place

Perfect location a block from the beach, and a block from the restaurants. Host is very accommodating . The place has everything you need for a stay at the beach, and cooking at home. We would definitely stay here again.
