Your enjoyment and memories are our primary focus. This home has it all! Heated pool and spa (Pool and spa heating provided upon request. Additional $100/day Dec-Feb, $80/day March, November, $50/day April, May and October Please note waterfall cannot be run while heating the pool), indoor and outdoor games including ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade game, cornhole, electronic darts and a separate game room. The primary suite is big enough for the whole family! There are 9 TVs between 58"-86" with direct TV streaming available inside and out. The huge backyard includes dining and casual seating, a built in grill, bar, pavers, artificial turf for playing cornhole, ping pong or relaxing in the sun. There is a walkout deck upstairs with additional seating and views. Come have fun in the sun!

Absolutely Perfect

We had a large group of family celebrating my wife's b-day and this was the perfect property to do so. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Rob and Sharon's generosity was just icing on the cake. Thank you guys!

Best Vacation Ever!!!

This property truly has it all and the pictures do not do it justice! We went with a large group of friends, including children ages 1-8. They were more than entertained by the pool, bounce house, games room, and toys on the patio! This house was very well equipped with everything we needed – plenty of nice large towels for the pool, toiletries and other household necessities, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The added pool fence provided a great piece of mind with so many littles, while still allowing room for activities and access to the fire pit. The owners have put so many thoughtful touches throughout and were extremely responsive if we had questions. They also came out immediately to fix the one small “issue” (more of an inconvenience) we had. Having rented other VRBO properties, this was by far the one that felt most like home. I would definitely stay here again!

Graduations

Our entire family came to Phoenix to celebrate two of our sons graduating from Grand Canyon University and I could not have imagined a better home to celebrate in! This home has it all! This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had and we truly did not want to leave this beautiful piece of paradise.

Excellent family getaway

We were looking for a nice, quiet place to gather the family together. This was perfect for all of us. We had our adult kids and our grandkids for 3 days under one roof and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun. The house is so well equipped for a family that we hardly left the property. Rob, our host was very quick to communicate and help with any need we had. Would highly recommend!

As advertised but Exceeded expectations!!!

Rob and Sharon were amazing host! They were even able to provide our group an early check in. House was clean and fully stocked with all kitchen/house essentials. They even had purchased some snacks and drinks ready for us when we arrived. Pool was amazing and yard games galore. Location was perfect and access from airport was very easy. 10/10 would recommend -Logan Indianapolis, IN

Rob and Sharon have been hosting for 5 years. They tried to think of everything they would want to have in a rental and then added more. From comfortable beds to games to blackout curtains and portable speakers we actually stay in the homes to make sure everything works and figure out what is missing. We are hands-on and manage from a few miles away. You won't see us unless you want to though. We want you to enjoy a home away from home. There is nothing that makes us happier than repeat guests. Our hope is this home will take the experience to the next level. From the moment you walk in, we want to WOW you.

We wanted to add to our portfolio with a home close to the action in Glendale. Whether it's a sporting event, concert, the casino or golf you can get there from here in minutes. It's easy to get to from the airport or California.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

If you search for a 6 bedroom home, you won't find that many available to book in the area. We recently added 2 bathrooms to make it even more comfortable for larger groups of family or friends. There is ample parking, heated pool and spa plus a wide variety of activities to keep everyone entertained if you choose to not leave the house!
