Good stay...

For my family it worked out but maybe not for an older crew of people. House everything was in place and comfy. A few things 20 stairs entering the house and cold water in the kitchen. House newly renovated. Outside view is not the best it's the back of the plaza view. Nearby is several places shop,eat, also parks/ playgrounds in short distance. I would definitely rent again I must say. Thanks

Absolute Sketchy Location

Location is very sketchy. No parking. Nothing in the listing even mentions the area. We showered, left and went somewhere else. Property manager was very responsive until i complained. Radio silence after my complaint!

Birthday Bash

The house sleeps 6 adults in a bed. Two more can sleep on big fold out cushions on the floor, which was fine for two younger adults. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get into house. The location is an easy Uber ride 10.00-20.00 to get to the quarters depending on time, The neighborhood itself was bad and all the uber drivers told us to be careful. We had no problems, but the homes around it and the back of the store in front of it was full of trash and not kept up at all. It was quiet at night and beds were comfortable. If we had any questions, we got a response each time. We did not use kitchen, but it was stocked with stuff if you wanted too. They supplied toiletries, which was very nice. I probably would not stay here again just because I would have liked to be able to be at a place with a better neighborhood so we could have walked to some of our activities.

DO NOT STAY HERE

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass in the sink, and utensils on the floor. I immediately called the host and there was no answer. the cleaner walked in about 20 minutes later and said the host told him that we were checking in at 4. I have proof of the preapproved 2pm early check in. the cleaner did not clean the house to the basic standards. we did not have extra sheets or towels for 8 people. The floors were not cleaned and he was rushed to clean since we were told we could check in early. I sent the host messages and he never responded until 19 hours later and all he said was that he could have the cleaner come clean again. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS HOME. There are multiple homeless people across the street of this home that are constantly doing drugs and drinking. We drove up to the home with two people with needles in their arms. I sent the host multiple messages to which he never responded. we requested a partial refund and the host will not comply. I AM UNABLE TO FINISH MY REVIEW DUE TO THE CHARACTER LIMIT.
