This studio has a chic interior; with white and light decor and furniture giving the space a sense of serenity and tranquility walls, you will surely enjoy every moment around this unit.
It is located on the 4th floor of Studio One Tower in Dubai Marina.
The seating area is cozy. It has a yellow-mustard sofa, a small coffee table, a matching TV unit with a 50’’ HD Smart TV with Netflix, and includes beautiful decorations and artworks.

The sleeping area includes a beautiful greige queen-size bed topped with nice cushions, built-in wardrobe, and wall decor. The bed is facing an open kitchen with white cabinets and hidden LED lights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, juicer, electric stove, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
Next to the kitchen is a large counter with two high chairs facing a large mirror, for a cozy dining experience with your travel companion.

The studio is naturally well-lit, as it has floor-to-ceiling glass doors giving access to a private fully furnished balcony. It has an armchair, a table, and two chairs. The balcony overlooks the pool at the tower, and Dubai’s unique buildings in the area.
There is also one full bathroom, including a toilet, a wash basin, and a shower cabin with curtain glass. It includes cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.

The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first-aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, a washing machine, drying rack, hangers, mosquito net, and room-darkening shades.

Zooming Out

Studio One is located at the West end of Dubai Marina with a convenient exit to Sheikh Zayed Road and walking distance to the JBR beach, surrounded by a range of dining and supermarkets.
Facilities in the tower include a parking, high-speed elevators, CCTV in common areas, security round the clock, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym.
Major landmarks around the tower include Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Walk, and Aqua Fun Water Park.

Different modes of transportation near Studio One Dubai Marina are available. You can use bus, metro and taxi service to commute.

Various bus stops are located near Studio One Dubai Marina. JLT, Business Centre Bus Stop is at a 12-minute distance from the building. Jumeirah Beach Residence Bus Stop and Bluewater Island Bus Stop are 13 minutes away from the location. 
- METRO STATIONS NEAR STUDIO ONE TOWER
Several metro stations are located near Studio One Tower, Dubai Marina. Jabel Ali Metro Station is an 8-minute drive from the location. DMCC Metro Station is 10 minutes away. Sobha Realty Metro Station is at a 15-minute distance from Studio One Tower. 
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR STUDIO ONE TOWER
Tram service is a convenient option for residents to commute.. Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Station is 9 minutes away. Whereas Dubai Marina Mall Tram Station is a 12 -minute drive from Studio One, Marina.

Discover the neighborhood

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
