The beach view was great beautiful sunsets we had a great time the little shops near by were great the sea food at the swordfish restaurant was great overall it was a great stay

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Included chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Just steps away from the beach. 10/10 would recommend!!

Coquina Beach Club 101 has a large open lanai that is perfect for relaxing and in the evening viewing spectacular sunsets. We are glad you enjoyed you week. Beachfront perfection!

My family had an amazing week. The condo was in excellent condition and the location with private beach access made relaxing even easier!

Great - right on the beach

This was a great place to stay, you walk out of the condo go down the stairs and you were on the beach. As well, we were there early March so there were a couple windy days, and the pool was sunny the entire time, but also had a short wall around it to protect you from the wind. Would highly recommend.

Coquina Beach Club 101

Perfect spot on the beach. Condo is close to Bridge St, grocery store. Could use an update, but living room furniture is very uncomfortable .

Great location, super easy booking

Great location and right on the beach! We have been visiting the area for years and rented many locations. This was by far one of our favorite rentals and we'll definitely consider it when we come back next year. The unit was perfect for what we needed and it came with beach chairs, floats, and umbrella. The living space was great and we had plenty of room. We didn't get the chance to use the pool (we spent everyday at the beach) but it looked nice. The only feature we weren't a fan of was the master bedroom/bathroom setup. There is no separation whatsoever so no privacy and of course if someone's using the bathroom... Overall a great place and location.

Wonderful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The blinds in the main room by the beach had issues. While the issue was manageable and known by the maintenance team nothing was done nor any discounts offered. For the price of this property there should be no issues related to the units number one draw.

Cheap

Staying for a week at a very expensive condo should warrant more than 2 rolls of toilet paper , no soap, no salt and pepper/ 1 roll of paper towels , no coffee filters

Home Away from Home

The kitchen had plenty of dish ware and I didn’t find myself needing anything that wasn’t stocked. If I could recommend anything it would be to have a few more beach and shower towels.Other than that, it was great!! ♥️

The rental company checked on us to ensure there were no issues or questions. I may have missed it somewhere in the instructions, but the door doesn't automatically lock when you exit - you need to use the code to lock the door. No issue for us but want to make others aware. Loved our stay and rebooked while we were there. Thanks for a great vacation!

Rented this property because of two bedrooms and two baths, but the one bathroom didn’t have a door

Would stay again if there was a bathroom door on the shower , and the bathroom sink wasn’t clogged! Also the sliding door going on to the balcony was extremely hard to open ! Maybe some WD 40 just an suggestion! Also the plug in the main bathroom didn’t work

We apologize for the issues you encountered when staying at Coquina Beach Club 101. We failed to notify you that the shower door shattered the morning of your arrival. Also the sliders were scheduled for replacement and are now installed. Our maintenance department has repaired the outlet and unclogged the drain. Except for picking up a few dead palmetto bugs, it was very clean.(at least they were dead). Our only "complaint" was that it had no elevator. Had we known that we might not have chosen that unit. We loved the view of the beach. The folks at Island Vacation Properties couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They made the process of renting seamless!!! Imagine our surprise when we found the gift card to The Waterfront! That was so kind of them. Thanks you so much again. We had a wonderful stay!!!
