Freshly renovated and just 4 miles from world-famous Siesta Key Beach, this comfortable 3-bedroom Sarasota cottage is the perfect home base for a Florida getaway. Enjoy an updated kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, fresh living-room furnishings, and a large private fenced yard — especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Relax in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or spend time outside in the fenced yard after a day at the beach.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach bags and a cooler, so you can pack lighter and head straight for the Gulf. You'll also have Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, washer and dryer, on-site parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The location gives you easy access to Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach, Gulf Gate restaurants and shopping, while still offering a quiet residential setting to come home to.

Very nice little home away from home.

Very clean with a spacious well kept backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We will be keeping this address handy for future vacations and would recommend it to our friends.

Sarasota golf week

We stayed a week to play golf every day. The location was close to many golf courses. Accomodations were perfect for our needs. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place to relax…very private and accommodating.

A nice little getaway

We had a great stay at this nice quiet property. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need being away from home. Ruta was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Super clean and comfortable

We only stayed for 2 nights, but were so pleased with the property. The house is VERY clean and the beds were really comfortable. The neighborhood is also really quiet It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and just a short drive to beautiful Siesta Key. Would definitely recommend

Charming bungalow

Lovely three bedroom rental. Close to Siesta Key & other beaches. Location was great for all the places we like to visit. The rental was very neat & clean, had everything we needed. Ruta was very nice, pleasant lady. We really enjoyed our stay there & would rent there again.

Family Trip

Short family trip into town. Seemed like the house was recently revamped a little which was nice. The yard could definitely be used more if there was a bit more furniture but overall the place was great!

Peaceful Little Cottage

This was our second time staying here. The property is well maintained and clean. There’s a very nice backyard with a nice grill. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It’s obvious that the owner takes great pride in making this cottage a welcoming place for visitors.
