Pool heating: $75/day or $450/week (request at least 48 hours in advance). Spa can be heated at no cost.

Must be at least 25 years old to book; ID may be required.

No unregistered guests without host approval. The number of guests booked equals the number allowed.

Outdoor quiet hours: 10 PM nightly (city ordinance).

Smoking is strictly prohibited – $2000 fine for violations.

Pets allowed with prior approval; $150 pet fee applies.

NOT a party house; disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Maximum family size: 6 adults (plus dependent children).
