Welcome to your cozy getaway! You'll love the convenience of having a dedicated parking spot right by the front door—no hassle, park and walk right in! Situated in the heart of Town Center Swarthmore, it's one of only four BnBs in this vibrant area. It's family-friendly and professionally cleaned to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.
Step inside to find a cozy queen bed in a private bedroom and a full bathroom featuring a relaxing tub, shower, glow-in-the-dark toilet seat, and high-pressure handheld shower head. Wooden sway doors create a cozy division between the bedroom and the inviting living room, where multiple comfy couches await you. The kitchen is fully stocked for whipping up a meal, making it easy to feel at home.
Step outside, and you're just a short walk from Swarthmore College, hiking trails, an outdoor amphitheater, the Co-Op Food Market, and various dining options. Whether grabbing a coffee at Hobbs, breakfast at Village Vine, enjoying a brew at Ship Bottom, or sushi at Bamboo Bistro, everything is within easy reach—including the train to explore Philadelphia!!
Here are the guidelines to follow during your stay:
- No parties, smoking, or disruptive behavior.
- Please return the Parking Fob to avoid a replacement fee.
- Turn off the AC/Heat before leaving.
- Only use the provided parking spots.
- Do not exceed the guest count on the reservation.
- Clean up any significant messes made before checkout.
- No reservation alterations within 14 days of check-in.
- Inform us of any specific allergies before booking.
- Contact us with any concerns within 12 hours of check-in.
- Pets are welcome for $40 per stay, with a maximum of two pets.
- We must uphold our cancellation policies.
