Our favorite place!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Wayne! Close to everything and so cozy. The hosts are wonderful and this was our second visit with them. Can’t wait to stay here next time!

Cozy place to stay...

We stayed overnight before touring Valley Forge. Adorable room and comfortable, clean, and as advertised. The host was wonderful and communicated everything I needed before my arrival. Would love to stay again.

Cozy, convenient hideaway

This space was exactly what I wanted for my solo weekend! Self-contained in a charming, large house I had everything I needed in a conveniently-located crash pad. The train station is across the street but somehow very unobtrusive. The train into the city runs at least once an hour, making it easy to explore from the convenience of the house. Parking was really easy in the large driveway . The hosts were super responsive to every message, replying within minutes. The whole space was very clean and comfortable. The pictures and description are accurate in describing the multiple sets of steep, narrow stairs that would be difficult to navigate with large luggage or mobility issues. I hope to make it my home base for future Philly adventures!

Great location

We stayed at Rizwana’s vrbo. All of our questions were responded to quite quickly We were given restaurants ideas, which was much appreciated The location was very convenient. If we return in the future we would stay again.

Beautiful nest in the trees

The most nicely appointed rental I’ve ever experienced, this two-room apartment in the attic of a lovely 1920’s house is nest-like with its view of trees and sky. It’s in a great location with easy parking and public transportation a block away. The apartment was very clean and has many thoughtful amenities, a very nice bathroom and a comfy mattress. The property itself is beautifully landscaped. We were within 30 minutes of downtown Philly and several gardens we wanted to visit. We plan to return next time we visit the area.

Perfect short stay.

Rizwana and Mustafa were absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with the air mattress and they immediately replaced it. The house is beautiful and the rooms were just what we needed. Located in the middle of everything but on a quiet neighborhood street. Lovely home, lovely hosts and a lovely time. We will absolutely stay again when we come back to Wayne.

Mom-Kid college tour weekend

Great place to crash in between college tours and time in Philadelphia. The space is very comfortable and we each had privacy, when needed. Our host was amazingly responsive to any questions or requests and even allowed us to check in early. The location of the house is ridiculously close to the SEPTA train station but it was remarkably quiet. The neighborhood has great cafes and amenities very nearby. If my kid ends up at one of the school we toured, I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Cozy retreat in the nest

Stay in a beautiful old house in the heart of the main line. Close to Villanova university and other attractions like King of Prussia mall. It's like being at home because you are sharing theirs. Homeowners couldn't be nicer or more welcoming. Very close to Nudys Cafe in Malvern, great breakfast spot!

Cozy Spot for 1 or 2 People

This listing is located in a beautiful, shady, residential neighborhood, situated VERY close to the train to the city. I never heard the train from the attic rooms. The owners were extremely quiet and receptive to our requests for comfort. It was easy to find the home and enter. Guests need to enter the owners home to get to the suite, then go up a short, narrow flight of stairs to access the suite. You cannot lock the door to your suite from the outside when you leave, but the main house is secure. Guests need to contact the owners to request changes to heating or cooling as there are no controls in the suite. The queen bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful, the decor is charming and the suite was extremely clean. The description on the Vrbo app does not have the following information, but it is on the website. The second room has an air mattress in the closet, not a murphy bed, as listed and there wasn't room for our family to inflate the bed and have space to move about comfortably. If you have a friend enter for a short visit, I suggest letting the owner know in advance to prevent an additional guest charge. The fridge is very small and there is only space for minimal food preparation with the microwave. There are paper utensils and good coffee. Overall, this is a comfortable and quiet suite for 1 or 2 guests.

Wonderful Place to Relax

We needed somewhere to recover from jet lag and adjust to the new timezone. It was perfect. The suite is very nicely decorated with obvious love and care. We felt very welcome and at home.

Perfect dwelling outside of the city

We came in town for the Roots picnic but did not want to stay in the city with all of the traffic and crowds. It’s was perfect and had great restaurants . The train access across the street was a plus.

Comfy and Quiet

I do not know what is more inviting the hosts or the home. Everything is so well planned out they have all your needs thought of in advance. The location is an exceptionally beautiful residential area, and it is right next to the train stop. You can roll out of bed and be on a ride to Philly in minutes. "NOTE" the train is quiet I think we only heard it once in the two days stay. We are looking forward to coming again next year and staying. Thank you again for making us feel very much at home.

Quiet and Charming

This house is tucked away near Vally Forge in a seemingly quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed it for a one night stay and do recommend this property. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We met the hosts coincidentally upon arrival and they were very friendly to help us settle in and provide local recommendations (which we followed and enjoyed). We were pleasantly surprised to find the walkable local area full of restaurants, shops and...traffic. It's really just a crash pad for sleeping with no amenities aside from bed and bath. The hosts do provide an in-room coffee/tea set up which we did not use but appeared well stocked and maintained. We are two adults and two teens so pursued the booking to sleep four. The reality upon arrival was one queen and one inflatable queen which differs significantly from the advertised Murphy bed. We were not thrown off by the inflatable mattress as our two daughters were able to share. However, the discrepancy in description is noteworthy.

A comfy spot

I slept very well in this space. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. I liked being able to get to the Wayne Art Center, Whole Foods and the Upper Main Line YMCA so easily. Coffee and tea were much appreciated. A safe and attractive neighborhood, too. Thank you!

Perfect cozy place near Philly.

Well-furnished and quiet location maybe 20 minutes outside of Philly (an easy drive) and right in the middle of some adorable small town PA attractions. Pleasant hosts, and absolutely some place I'll keep in mind for next time!

Clean room

It is a clean guest room with its own bathroom. It works out for me alone to get a good night sleep when I came to visit my college daughter for a short visit. It will be better to market this in air bb than Vrbo which is more for a whole house. Good that I didn’t ask my daughter to stay with me or my other family to come. It is otherwise a nice room.

Unforgetable experience!

Rizwana and Mustafa were lovely hosts - excellent communicators and quickly accommodated our needs! They made sure we had an amazing 4-night stay. The vrbo was very clean. We loved the cozy-chic aesthetic and the bathroom had nice body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. And yes, we appreciated the jar of hair ties! Some important points to consider: We had to climb 3 flights of steep stairs since the rooms were in the loft. Also, the house is shared with the hosts - we ran into them multiple times, but they were always so nice and welcoming. We noticed that none of the bedroom and bathroom doors could be locked, limiting privacy. Additionally, since the loft's heating is connected to the house's heating system, the rooms were cold, but the hosts quickly turned up the heat once we complained. Also, the fridge was pretty small - smaller than a mini-fridge. Overall, this was a lovely stay. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in town!

fine nest in great place

The nest occupies third floor attic, with two rooms, living and bedroom. Each has two high operable windows, quite pleasant. Location is terrific, a block from Strafford RR station. It's a five minute walk to the terminus of the Radnor Trail, a 2.4 mile paved walkway! There are restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

Charming thoughtful place

My teenager and I visited the Main Line in Philly, and stayed here. The hosts are wonderful, and if you need to be in the Main Line, its well located; although we had a car, the train station is in easy walking distance. Our rooms had fresh flowers, cold water, a Keurig with coffee pods, wifi and all the rest. We'd stay here again the next time we'll visit family
