We loved this house for our family of four and our pup. A rustic setting that felt like country, but close enough to Ithaca (a beautiful 12-15 minute drive along the lake into town) where we were visiting family. Comfortable beds, well-decorated, and nicely equipped kitchen. Beautiful and huge backyard great for the dog and bonfires. Host was very responsive and friendly. We would come back.

The heating and AC for the house was inadequate. No AC in the bedrooms. Light switches everywhere that did nothing. Curtains falling down and did not cover windows good for privacy on main road side. Exhaust fan in master bath did not work.

My family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay in this space. I loved the mid-century vibes and the very comfortable furniture/beds. There was plenty of storage room, a wonderful covered porch overlooking the yard, and so many thoughtful details throughout. We cooked in the kitchen each day - everything was clean, easy to find, and labeled. The host communication was absolutely stellar - Eric answered all of our questions promptly, helped us sort out a wi-fi issue and checked in on us periodically. I’m only hesitant to give high praise because I want to make sure it’s available when we eventually go back. ;) We will definitely be back!

Spacious retreat near Ithaca

Race weekend stay

Some friends and myself stayed here for a weekend for the Cayuga 50 mile trail race. Beds were comfy, close to trails, close to DT/restaurants, and more. Very very responsive owners too for any questions.

Last minute getaway

The place was just as described. Well appointed, super cute decor. Only 10 minutes to Ithaca area which was convenient. And there’s even a place or two to eat within a mile from the property. Would stay again!

Quaint stay near Ithaca

This is a nice little stay! Very nice space with lots of amenities and a nice porch in addition to the shared backyard space. The property managers were very helpful with a couple of minor things that came up and also left flowers for our graduating family member.

Great stay for 2 nights

The property was great for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We were there for an event at Ithaca College. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

The perfect house to stay at Ithaca!

Beautiful house ,it was a pleasant stay, very clean with all the amenities a big or small family would need, the host Eric & Justin were very attentive and 100% with communication to answer any questions or suggestions, hope to be back and definitely will stay again.
