PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Flexible Getaways: We offer flexible booking options throughout the season. Check our calendar for your preferred dates!

- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).

- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For longer stays, we recommend bringing extra laundry/dishwasher soap and personal convenience items.

- Building Standards: This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free sanctuary. Out of respect for our year-round neighbors, large parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Location is amazing!! Easy check in and check out. Clean, and there are beautiful views of the lake and Marina. Close to beach. Not our first time staying here and won’t be our last. We love it!

What a great place! Walking distance to everything. Watch sunsets from the balcony. We even took advantage of the indoor pool with our son during a rainy morning. Will look for this place first on our next trip back to New Buffalo. I had a quick parking question and the host called me right away to discuss. Super helpful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was walking distance. . Our vehicle was in a secure parking lot. It was immaculate. Very beautiful.

We were disappointed when our usual cottage was unavailable, but ended up loving this condo. The pool was perfect for our kids in the evenings, and location is hard to beat. Lots of space; large, comfortable rooms. Friendly neighbors in the building. Will book again.

Definitely Returning!

Wonderful location and the condo was spacious. Updated and it even had some streaming services! Very nice for the days it rained and rained.

New Buffalo

This property was great! Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants are all within in walking distance. Wineries and distilleries were just a short drive any direction. They had a fall fest in the downtown on Saturday that was a lot of fun. The place was super cute and very clean. The bedrooms were big and spacious and the gas fireplace in between the dinning/ living room was a nice feature. We absolutely enjoyed it here and are already talking about booking it again for next fall.

This was absolutely perfect for Father’s Day weekend and it’s situated in the most prefect location! Speaking of that, its location allows for easy walking to all New Buffalo has to offer, especially the beach! Prefect for that late evening stroll to catch some amazing sunsets.The unit is in a facility that also has a private, residential access only parking lot. So you can go indulge in a couple adult beverages at one of the great places around the area and never have to worry parking or driving, especially!I and my family absolutely loved this place and would definitely rent it out again!
