With a roof top deck, several balconies, and a screened in porch enjoy the view and outdoors without leaving, or swim in private pool, visit beach, shop, dine while all within a two minute walk. Just minutes away, venture to the casino, outlet mall or local wineries. Perfect of groups of family or friends !!

The condo is in the perfect location. The house is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach stay. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great trip to New Buffalo, and this was probably one of our favorite places we've stayed. Plenty of space, close to everything but not loud, and the multiple balconies/patios were awesome.Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a bachelorette weekend! The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group to relax and spend time together. The outdoor space was a highlight—we loved hanging out outside in the evenings. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a fabulous time and this house was perfect. It is walkable to everything. It had plenty of seating in the living room, on the rooftop deck and the main deck for our group to all sit comfortably. Everything was very clean and we were shocked at how well stocked this house was with kitchen supplies and beach/pool supplies! Our only complaint is we had a hard time utilizing the living room tv. I think I may need an update of some sort.

I would like to thank you for your kind words and positive review of our house. We have cable throughout the house, guest can select all channels through the remote and have access to all streaming services through our tv remote via the speaker/microphone button. Keep us in mind for future stays!

We stayed here on a visit from the UK and it was such a perfect place to stay in New Buffalo. Fantastic house with great balconies and the use of the pool and the hot tub was great. V close to the town.

Great Family Retreat

Our second time staying at this property for family vacation. The property is well maintained and clean, has a ton of amenities pre-stocked, and the owners are very responsive. The location is perfect to downtown and has pool and beach access within easy walking distance. The property's multiple outdoor spaces are wonderful for family time. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

College Roomies from Years ago Gather!

Terrific location to shops, definitely restaurants so many to chose. Beach access a few steps away. Our rental had the best amenities we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. Homeowners lovely to communicate with before and during stay.

First vacation with baby

We had a wonderful time on our vacation here, which was our first with our new baby. The location is perfect, the condo was clean and modern, and there were tons of amenities. The outdoor spaces were amazing! The hosts clearly went out of their way to make us feel at home. The community pool is nice and quiet, and the beach and restaurants and shops are easily walkable. We hope we can visit again soon and would stay here again.

Great Rental in the Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in this location! Our family of 5 loved everything about this New Buffalo vacation. We even extended our stay by a day, which was wonderful! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything, the beach, the pool, the town shops, the Amtrak station, Barney’s the grocery store, and more. We always enjoy New Buffalo, there are so many good restaurants, and little shops to explore! Even took the train to Chicago for an afternoon. Which is so easy from this location, being right next to the Amtrak station. We parked our car and didn’t need it for our whole trip! The house was very comfortable for me and my husband, and our three teenage girls. That decks are so relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the pool also!! I would love to come back to this house again, and would definitely recommend this house to anybody wanting to be in a walkable downtown location!

Great location and everything you need to enjoy NB

The balconies are wonderful and the kitchen was spacious. We also enjoyed the porch on rainy days. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
