Four bedroom home with private pool, rec room and hot tub. This no-smoking home complies with all City of New Buffalo Short Term Rental Rules, permit # CR19-0130. Bright and ready for your perfect vacation! Updated home with new carpet, flooring, kitchen and much more. Lots of light, room and fun. Hot tub and pool. Minimum age to rent home is 25. Home sleeps 8 and has a year round hot tub, ping pong table, multiple outdoor spaces and a large patio to enjoy those Michigan days and nights. The large wooded lot provides shade and relaxation, heated pool is open in the summer and there are yard games for all ages. Located one street over from the Marina and Marina Grand hotel. Includes private beach access and is an easy walk to town, public beach and all the fun New Buffalo has to offer. The private beach is a neighborhood beach and the size varies during different times in the season. you can walk or drive to the public beach h which has life guards, snack bar and kayak rental. Located on desirable lake side of Red Arrow Highway ( US 12). Fully equipped for your stay!

Location was great! Manager communication was immediate and helpful. The place had plenty of space and different areas to hang out. Would stay again for sure. Note: did not use pool or hot tub.

Everything was perfect. There was lots of room. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Having a refrigerator right by the pool was really convenient. The public beach was really nice and within walking distance. I’m already planning another trip next summer.

Great location. We walked for coffee every morning and walked to the public beach to watch the sunset. The pool was so nice at the end of a day. There were also some cool nights where we appreciated the hot tub. The kitchen was well supplied. The host was very responsive. All in all a great place.

My sisters and our spouses had a very nice stay. All amenities were as described. We enjoyed the coziness of the home, the quiet neighborhood, walking to the private beach, and seeing the deer in the morning. Great memories!

Great stay! Well setup for playing at the pool with the kids. We had tons of family make their way for visits over our stay which made the grilling area, kitchen and tables/chairs so perfect. In a great location for the beach too! Such a great time, thanks for having us!

The house was absolutely perfect for my 40th birthday celebration with my close family! The hot tub was exceptional, the house was immaculate and the location was perfect to the shopping strip and restaurants! Would absolutely recommend staying here!

This home fit 5 of us comfortably and the location was great! Easy to walk to every place we wanted. The kids loved the pool at the end of each day. Would definitely stay again!
