This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this condo in Magnolia House and we had a great time. We love Destin Pointe and the Magnolia House.

We discovered this hidden gem a few years ago. We absolutely love staying at the Magnolia house. We had amazing views from the front lanai and back. Easy to get to our favorite local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed running every morning as well. Great amenities and easy access to beautiful pools and beach! We will be back

Property was clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and the temperature of the pools and hot tub were great. Since we traveled w/ my father who is 92 years old, I felt that the advertising was a bit deceptive. The beach was further than I would have liked, and my email with questions about the tram or WiFi were totally ignored. All in all, we had a good time.

Beautiful View

Great condo, beautiful view and the best beach in Destin. The only thing I wish was that it included beach service and a few more toiletries.

Great Vacation

17th. year going to Destin. First time staying in this unit. Great communication from the management team. Great location. Very clean and updated unit. We will be renting this unit on future visits.

Family fun

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for us. Awesome beach view. Heated pool for kids. Close to plenty of stores. Highly recommend and found out 2 other families within an hour of our hometown were there also. Easy beach access and tram service.

Gone Gulfin’

Clean updated 2 bedroom condo with great view of the gulf from the 5th floor. Gated community with fairly easy walk to the beach. Several pools with clean bathrooms- all with hot tubs. Easy access by car to shopping, groceries and Destin Harbor. Not much to dislike for the price.

Upon arrival the unit was dingy and required cleaning. Floors were dirty and furniture dingy. Sunshades were torn and valance broken which made it difficult to open sunshades. Actual rental was not as pictured. Several ceiling areas were discolored. Large roach came out from under the refrigerator while loading our groceries. All rooms were several degrees warmer than the living area so the shades had to be closed due to keep the condo cool.

Great unit and location. Would recommend changing out twin beds for a queen or king in bedroom number two. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable.

Beautiful trip

I cannot recommend this enough! Destin pointe is such a serene and quiet little secret tucked away at the end of a cove. You have your choice of two beaches. One is a calm almost wavy shallow pool with fun tour boats with snorkeling boats coming in and out. Perfect spot for young kids not ready for real waves. Down the board walk is the real gulf waves with tide pools and shells to pick from! Crystal clear waters and soft sand. I may sound like a sound bite but yall I can’t explain how awesome it was. We went Memorial Day week. Fireworks shows every night. Fun plane shows throughout the day. The condo was beautiful and everything we’d hoped. Stay here!

Better options out there

The condo is very nice and clean. It is not your topical vrbo tho. Most people want it to be comfortable and like a home away from home. This is not their goal. After talking to other units at the magnolia house . They all had beach service and beach toys ( not this one ) . They have a coffe maker NO Coffe. They have a washer no soap. We had to go shopping immediately. There are no instructions on how to use the tram or get beach services. You have to figure it out your self. I just feel for the price and so many options stay some where else. The other units privide so much more. Oh also if you have a request they email saying we will get back to you in 48 hours . They emailed me back after i checked out.

We are pleased to know that you thought this two-bedroom, two-bath condo was very nice and clean. Please accept our apology for any frustration caused by not having some items that other units may. Beach toys and service are not listed as amenities for this unit. It would be the decision of the owner to provide such perks. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount/starters of such products as toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, and paper towels. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. This includes laundry detergent. Condiments, coffee, spices, etc. are normally not offered due to food safety concerns. Great location! We enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony all day. The unit was clean and the complex quiet. Easy beach and pool access. Be aware that the complex’s tennis courts are in poor condition and need to be resurfaced and maintained. Everything else was great!
