Perfect for families

The house was perfect for my family! Great location and even cuter in person than online. Property manager was very responsive. Our only issue was no grill on property, although listed as an amenity. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great place to stay

The house was great in terms of location and size. There is basically only 1 lamp in the whole house so you’re forced to rely on overhead lighting most of the time. The 3rd bedroom must’ve been the original garage does not have as much air circulation as the rest of the house so it can get a little warm in there. We will still definitely stay there again.

Worst management I have ever experienced. Please read

The house is super cute and actually cuter than the pictures! We had some pretty big inconvenient issues that happened and it wasn’t that that was the biggest deal but no one showed up and no one cared. One of the showers broke and no one ever came to fix it so we were down one shower the entire stay for over two weeks. The sink broke and was flooding underneath. I had to put towels under there to try to keep it from flooding everywhere and then when I realize no one was going to show up I just had to have it fixed myself plus cleaning up all the water, so it didn’t cause severe water damage. The air conditioning automatically sets back to 77° while you’re sleeping and in the middle of summer in Florida that is definitely not fun. When I asked about this, they told me to turn off the breaker box and do a lot of things that I didn’t feel comfortable doing.. One of the main fans and lights in the kitchen did not work. I sent pictures in and asked for help. Never got a response. And last, but not least, the master bed was broken, and it makes an awful sound every time you barely move. It is the most uncomfortable bed in the entire house and plus it is broke. The location of the house was amazing and the house is great for families, but like I said, just if anything goes wrong, no one will care and no one will show up to help you. I feel extremely sorry for these owners, because they probably would want to do better than this management company is doing for them.
