Cedar point

The stay was very nice the time that we was there. We were so busy going to cedar point. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the cost of the stay is very reasonable. We will be coming back next year and if it’s available to rent when we come we will definitely rent it again. Pleased with everything. Thanks for opening up your home to us. 🙂

Great Get Away

The Cozy Cottage was a great place to stay. We had a mini vacation, girls long weekend. Conveniently located to surrounding area. Dianna was very responsive to all my questions. I would recommend this place to stay.

Great place

The cottage was great! We were on a fishing trip with two trucks and boats, the driveway accommodated both. Also close to the launch ramp. We felt safe parking our rigs in the neighborhood.

Cozy and clean. Well decorated. No closets. Front door needs a lot of work- sticks on threshold and exterior framing crowds knob.

Great cottage

The cottage was great. Had everything you would need as if you were home. Clean and close enough to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Worst thing was a minor problem with the front door and the rest of the place was great.

Stumbling Block

The floor was a major hurdle for us. We're both 65+ years of age and I especially have balance issues. The floor to the cottage is uneven and there is a split level between the bedrooms and bathroom. During late night trips to the bathroom it becomes a tripping hazard. Luckily neither of us fell.

Perfect for what we needed

This house had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to locate, nice quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds AND couches. I appreciated that they had some extras like body wash, shampoo, spices for cooking… things you may forget that most locations do not include. Our host was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely use them again.

Ball Tournament Stay

My daughter and I stayed here two nights during her softball tournament. It was a nice quiet place to go back to between games. Worked perfectly for us.

Nice Little Getaway

There were some hiccups with the cleaning people, which delayed the cottage being cleaned before we arrived. The property owner responded fairly quickly but the property wasn’t ready for us until after 9:00 pm. There were a few maintenance issues (outside window pane broken, bathroom mirror lights inoperable, loose toilet seat, and a nearly full outdoor trash container with the remnants of cleaned fish). But nothing that we couldn’t live with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Would Totally Stay Again!

It had plenty of room for my family and friend to stay at, the couch even had a pull out bed for my lil boy to sleep on. The beds were plenty comfy even for me having a hip injury, and even tho the owners were in Las Vegas we had no trouble getting in touch with them when we needed to. I'll definitely give them a message in the future for another weekend stay!

Great Place!

We came out for a baseball tournament in Castalia. This Cozy Cottage was 4.5 miles from the field. It is very close to the lake, it is clean and cozy. The owners have it stocked with about everything you need, which means, I didnt have to run to the store for necessities. We would definitely stay again.

Short walk to beautiful Sandusky Bay

If you have any level (unlike the floors & doorways) of allergies &/or smell sensitivity to animals, or are slightly unstable in your walking, this is not the place to stay. "Pet exposed" as listed in the fine print (in all fairness, thank you for including that) under the "No animals allowed" phrase was more than a mild odor, but Febreeze, an air ionizer while awake/sleeping, & allergy medication made it tolerable. I didnt think the smell would be as bothersome as it was; not to mention that we didnt want to lose 60-100% of our reservation cost by backing out. The immediate neighborhood is terribly cluttered & multiple trash bags left out for garbage pickup the day before were still present the day after. As stated in the Welcome binder, the house is definitely a work in progress. We love the kitchen utensil drawer organizer & the mattress was comfy.

Great little cottage

The property was very clean and bigger than I thought from the pictures. It was very homey and convenient to get to Put-In-Bay. I am already planning next year's vacation and will probqbly stay here.

Would love to stay here again

Very cute little cottage and more room than expected. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. My mom and I did a 5 day vacation to Cedar Point and this was a great place to come home to. Would love to stay here again!

The Crystal Rock neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood where everyone knows each other and helps each other out. The Bay is just a few steps away and is so peaceful and beautiful. You'll feel safe because it is a private area and there isn't any traffic unless it is someone from the neighborhood.
